Ex-Spurs Player Lucas Moura

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

At this point in my life as a Spurs fan I'm willing to think half the time when our transfers take time it is because the agents want to test themselves against Levy.

Like in a kung fu movie where you have to pass the trial of the wise master

Do you reckon that on City and United forums they fret about starting XIs so much?

I doubt it, they know that if Cunt is injured Similar Cunt will step in.

I'd say that David Silva is one of the best foreign players ever to come to English football (and yes, I remember bigging him up and and us being briefly linked with him and yes I'm still bitter).

He's come off the bench countless times, not just under Guardiola either now he's a bit older.

We need to get over starting XI obsessions, it's part of that "we can't sign anyone who might challenge our first choice team" mentality. It's small time and ultimately it hurts us, as we've seen a bit this season with certain players being guilty at times of complacency

Yeah - we haven't played our 'first 11' for well over a year now, no point in even writing one down even in theory.....all of our players are never fit at the same time

You're new, but you've got the next summer transfer window thread to look forward to. It's a real treat!

And here I am being all optimistic that my summer reading was going to be enlightening and worthwhile...how naive of me

One thing with Lucas Moura. He is professional and very popular. Unlike the scum we pride ourselves on our team spirit and unity and he will be a great asset to that. Even whilst being on the sidelines for PSG he hasn't thrown his toys out the pram. Only stating his unhappiness along with Emery's release that he is no longer considered.

Tonight's dedication shows that.

I think we're going to love him
