Just reading those Neymar quotes again, it really sounds like he rates moura highly. He wants him to stay and thinks he could have been used a lot more. We could be on to a winner here.
 
Relax people... they're simply shooting the "WELCOME LUCAS TO #THFC" Promo Video which depicts his entire life story from his humble beginnings in the Favelas in Brazil... to kicking around his first rusty tin can on the streets... to him walking down Wembley way, with both arms overstretched... just like that Rio Jesus bloke!

They intend to play on the Big Screen tonight before the game! But its gotta be edited before 6pm...
....y'know, like all the other clubs seem to be doing these days!!

We have a big game tonight mate.

a) Focus rightly should be on this not a new signing.
b) Club might use the pre-match build up to announce as there will be a big worldwide audience what with it being Utd and all. Plus by the time it's got to that stage, all the pre-game prep is done, the players will be at Wembley going through their individual preparations out of sight from media etc.

Just a couple of guesses.

Don't really get what it matters if it's announced at 12 O'clock or 6pm
