Player Luka Vuskovic

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

He's talking absolute guff, though.

So Spurs made the wrong decision by sending him on a very successful loan where he's really happy, playing every minute and absolutely tearing it up, while we have 2 players that would obviously be starting ahead of him had he stayed? God we're so fucking stupid!!

There are a lot of things to criticise the club for but the Vuskovic loan is not one of them. And forcing him him back early from such a successful loan would've just damaged our relationship with the player if anything.

If Bayern pony up around 100 million then he might go to them in the summer. Otherwise I am expecting him to be part of our starting 11 next season.

If he has an incredible World Cup then we might get a stupid offer from Real Madrid.

he never doesn't

fucking rentaquote hasbeen

almost got us relegated, fucking nerve of the twat
Exactly. You would think this fool was some sort of fondly recalled legend. He was a dumb useless mug who almost relegated us. He needs to crawl under a rock and shut up. ENIC will be looking at Vuskovic and dreaming of 100 million pounds. Not the amount West Ham played for Todibo. Ridiculous.

Ha slow down, you must think clubs have money to burn or something.

Guy aint played a min in a top league, CL or done anything to prove himself consistently yet, people going way overboard on this lad at the moment.

And I very much doubt the club are going to sell him before he makes an appearance for us.

People in here just projecting their misery of the club and making up all sorts of unrealistic doomsday scenarios. 😆

Our position with him is fine.

1 we keep him and if Romero goes we instantly have a replacement

2 Bayern come in and would need to offer something crazy like £110m which would fund all summer transfers.

This is probably the first time we have had a teenage wonderkid who Bayern and Real would snap our hands off for. But I suspect he will come next season and Romero will be off. If that is the case fine, unlike Son who we never replaced Vuskovic will immediately replace Romero.

I don’t like this entitlement that Bayern seem to have where they think they’ll just take Vuskovic because he’s doing well at Hamburg. That might work with the smaller teams in Germany, but he’s not contracted to Hamburg, he’s contracted to Tottenham. They should get an unequivocal “get to fuck”, or if you want him that bad, we’ll take Kane + 50m of your Great British Pounds, thank you.

Equally, I don’t like how Vuskovic seems to have decided he’s staying at Hamburg for another year because he wants to play with his brother. You don’t decide anything boy, if you’re good enough for our first team, you’ll be coming back and playing for us.

Even if we do decide he needs another year out on loan, why would we put him back out to a club/level he’s already proven he’s more than good enough to play at. That doesn’t make any sense from our perspective or from the perspective of his own development.

The only sense I can see in doing that, if he is so desperate to play with his brother, is if you say “we’ll put you back out to Hamburg for a year, but you’ll sign a new 6/7 year deal with us before you go”

Same entitlement we have with players at lower clubs than us to be fair. That's just how football works I'm afraid.

In his cases there's too much smoke without fire. It looks like Bayern will come in with a huge offer, because it's their weakest link in the team, and we'll probably accept it, and the owners will congratulate themselves on getting a massive profit for essentially being a broker that took him from Croatia to Bayern.

Not sure Bayern will throw £100m but we will see. I know they did it with Kane but that is their record striker signing.

Lol..he isn't going anywhere Bayern are not giving us what we would want. I laugh at how you lot have learned nothing from how easy it is to create stories. You all need the Fattynomates Fattynomates lecture. Its circle we fly the idea of a sale on socials, journalist desperate for story writes copy, gets a quote from a renta gob and here we are. I'll happily take a bet for charity with anyone thinks he plays for Bayern before Spurs. £50 The only exception would be if we have a relegation clause. Which Im pretty sure we wouldn't...

With all due respect, if they go near the €100m mark, he's a goner. All he has to say is that he wants to go, why should we risk keeping an unsettled player in an already fragile/broken ego dressing room? We need players that want to be there. His dad and agent are shopping him for a move, it's very obviously not just randoms on twitter making this shit up.

I remember when Pletti started the Kane stories, and people said he was full of shit, look at what happened there.

Edit: These are the same people that said they wanted him to play at Hamburg this year. He's in Hamburg this year.

Exactly this. People keep going on about the contract... so what... all a contract gives you is the guarantee of a fee when he leaves. Why would he waste time playing for us when he can play for Bayern. I don’t even think it'll take a big fee. 75m + Palhinha and it's job done. Lange gets a bonus for finding a player that cost 12m who we sell for 75m and Palhinha. Its the stuff that makes ENIC tick and probably why we buy so many youngsters.

Yep. It's as simple as that. Contracts in football are worth nothing. The sources that are drumming this up are his people and Bayern mouth pieces. Not some dweeb on twitter making shit up. Their interest is very real, his people are making it known that he has a very real interest. He has absolutely no affinity to us, and one of the best teams on the planet, who consistently challenge at the top table want him. Bit of a no brainer on his part.

Then the board can give each other rreach arounds for the profit made. I called them a broker to get him from Croatia to Bayern, and that is a very real possibility.

One thing. They better not buy that donkey Palinha.
