what exactly is he not technically gifted with ? the man can dribble, beat his man with pace, has an eye for a killer pass, can cross, can't get the ball off of him

2 tackles in a game is really good contribution for an attacking player, those are usually fullback numbers. 3 dribbles is also good, exactly what you want from a winger.
Some nice dribbles and good movement. Could pass a bit better but solid performance
