Did his best Lucas moura impression today, not the Amsterdam version either.

I think he will end up as a decent impact sub/squad player, I'd love us to get Eze in January to be first choice there.

Thought he was good in parts , should go on the outside a bit more because he actually delivered a nice cross with he's left peg

I just think that a guy his size is naturally going to struggle against a team like Sheffield. He was very good against Burnely who like to play more on the front foot, those types of teams will probably suit Manor starting better.

I thought he had a good game today. Thought he did better against burnley, but put in some good crosses and few good shots on goal.

Will get better and better, just like Kulu.

He has really impressed me, I love how unafraid he is of taking on the opposing full back. He has a bit of the Lucas Moura about him but with dare I say better dribbling and gives more confidence that the dribble will end with an effective pass or shot.

Lucas who play with his head up..... Bag a goal in the coming weeks and let's see if the confidence can propel him up another level to being a consistent danger.

He's definitely an upgrade on Lucas. There is more intelligence and awareness about his game. Finishing could be a bit more clinical, but maybe all he needs is a goal to get things going his way.

I didn't think he played particularly well and thought we looked worse when Richi moved centrally and he came on.

Solomon time and time again kept cutting inside and didnt look particularly threatening. Looked very predictable.
Agree, I'm finding that hard for Solomon to play particularly when the other team park their bus.
Liverpool played very densly near their goal (that's how the bizarre own goal was born).

Solomon plays much better when the game is open.

And still I think even against Liverpool, his very presence and ability to dribble attracted players to him and there was a time when he found Bissouma free for a kick to the goal because of that.

He beat his man every time I thought. Issue was, like Kulusevski, his strengths lay in cutting in. Never going to work against a team with everyone behind the ball.

He'd have been dangerous if he started and we got a bit more space. He'd have had Gomez on toast. But he wasn't really going to do much in the situation we found ourselves in. Perisic or even Gil would have been better suited for this one.

Agree Solomon was decent, Kulu was actually good on the overall balance but both are inverted wingers so were cutting into packed areas.

Given what we had, I'd have been tempted to play Kulu LW and Solomon RW with Richy 9. Or even Kulu #9, Richy LW and Solomon RW

He’s a decent pocket rocket player to have on the bench, but it’s hard to see him ever becoming anything more than that for us.

It’s a shame we didn’t look to upgrade on Lucas rather than essentially replacing him with a like for like player in terms of quality levels.
