With all the injury issues, we could really use Manor back by Burnley game but given we have heard nothing of his return, it seems like a dream, right?

Gonna be pretty fun watching if we only would have Kulusevski, Richie and Johnson as fit senior players. Plus then Veliz, Gil and Donley as youth options behind them.

Otherwise there could be a chance to go to proper 4-3-3 and using 3 attackers instead of 4, but.. if from midfield we have Benta out, Bissouma and Sarr in AFCON, then we have what - PEH, Skippy and permanently injured/knocked Lo Celso to use there? Not very reassuring prospect.

Now also considering our CBs, we could see lineup of -

---Richie---Veliz---Johnson-
----Lo Celso---Kulusevski--
-----------PEH-----------------
Udogie-Davies-Royal-Porro
-----------Big Vic---------------

Pretty shocking. Better have a CB and CM ready to join on 01.01. Better if LW as well....

He was such important player for us in the first few weeks of the season. Yeah, he's no superstar but he contributed his fair share in those wins.

footy with uti Where did you get the info that Soloman has been ruled out indefinately in your latest video?

As this is really concering as I really like the fella.

Thought I’d like him more than I have so far.

He had a good start against Burnley. Got two assists.

But since that game, pretty much flattered to deceive. He started against Sheffield Utd and was woeful. Came off the bench against both Woolwich and Liverpool and looked out of his depth.

But we can't be asking patience regarding Johnson and not think the same with Solomon. It will be good to have him back

He’s older and less investment than Johnson though.

I’d imagine this next 6 weeks is the best chance he’s going to get if Ange is going to be impressed by him

I think he was decent early in the season, useful player to have in the squad.
Interchange him with Johnson, to take the pressure off both, and we could be onto something...

Likewise Werner & Richie! All four probably aren't expected to start every game... but getting minutes is vital (especially with Son away, and Maddison still out)

I think Ange will utilise both sets of players, in their favoured positions, whilst taking the immediate pressure off having to start and perform for 90 minutes every game!

I think we'll see plenty of rotation between Solomon/Johnson and Werner/Richie over the coming weeks.

Sadly he beats them 1 v 1 and then passes backwards. Weird profile fit

I do like him though.

I like the fact he seems to be able to hold onto the ball in tight forward areas. You could call it a poor man’s Hazard but we don’t have many players like that. Often when the ball hits Bryan Gil or Johnson it comes straight back, Solomon is bit harder on the ball and that is useful.

Back in full training and will probably be in contention to play against City.

Seems like some of our fans don't want him to play for us since his Tweet about the Israel/Palestine conflict, what's the consensus here?
