Player Manor Solomon

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Manor 'deadwood' Solomon will be stealing a wage for a long time I guess.

Financial differences...yeh right lol. Like they didn't agree to the % leeds will be contributing prior to him having his medical.
If there's a financial difference it has to be because something came up on the medical (not unlikely given how long he was injured for) and now they want to rework the financial split.

He cost us ZERO and he's on the "average" PL wage.

So, anything more than £3m (his wages) is pure profit for us. If the rumoured £13m fee Leeds could pay gives us a £10m profit on a very average player. There is nothing disastrous about this signing if he's sold for any fee above the cost to bring him in.

Exactly. He was free and we will sell him for a fee.

The disasters are the expensive ones like Reguilon, Sessegnon, Lo Celso, Ndombele etc who have either been too injured or too shit to justify the money spent.

To play football, assist, score, dribble. He still needs to recover from his injury, but if he can make a full recovery he'd be a useful player. Dunno where this bitchy attitude towards him is coming from.

He had what seems a lengthy and serious injury, but if he was able to do the above with any regularity we'd be keeping him.

He made two assists for us. In a game we destroyed the opposition. With nothing in his other appearances.

He scored four goals over 19 games for Fulham.

All in all he's averaged 1 in 6 for goals and 1 in 12 for assists.

He scored four goals in 500 minutes for Fulham, that's slightly less than a goal a game.
He made two assists in 194 minutes for us, again a bit less than an assist a game. He ended the season with our second highest xA per 90 after Perisic.
He hasn't played enough, but his per 90 stats were fantastic before his injury, if he can return to that level he would be a very useful player for many PL clubs.

He was an excellent impact sub at Fulham.

He's trash...a nothing player that cant stay fit.

He's never been a dribbler anyway so including that in his list of positives attributes is quite something.

He completed 3 take ons a match for Fulham, putting him in the top 5 percent for wingers. If your issue is that he's had a long injury then say it, calling him trash when he's been decent when he played is just you being weird.

In a very small sample of games 🤣

I don't know what this term "take ons" actually means. I know he's as much a dribbler as Brennan Johnson is.

What was Brennan Johnsons "take ons" last season and his last season at Forest?

Yeah I agree, he hasn't played enough for us to really say anything conclusive, but he has been decent when he's played, certainly not trash or a "nothing player" as a certain poster with an axe to grind is describing him.
My point is more that Ange has seen him in training and if he's going then Ange doesn't think he can do it enough. Either that or he doesn't like him. 🤷‍♀️
