Legend Martin Chivers Rest in Peace.

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

RIP , 4th highest scorer for the club back in the days when football was a proper working man’s contact game! Sad to see one of the legends of Spurs passing however he will forever be part of our history and his name will never be forgotten, a bit before my time as a player however an absolute legend for the Club!
Anyone lucky enough to see him play?
Saw him play many times.
My childhood hero. (along with Pat)
One of my first Spurs memories is of him scoring with a header at the Paxton end against Huddersfield, in Aug '71.
A pioneer of the long throw. Who can ever forget "Chivers, Chivers" echoing around the ground, when he was about to launch one to the near post, for Gillie to flick on.
