Very good performance i have to give props to Livermore who did what he needed to do to very well. I was a bit concerned before the match but he proved me wrong. Long may it continue.

On a slightly different note, I think Livermore was absolute solid tonight.
On another note my Gooner mate just said this " I really can't believe I'm gonna say this, but I think I'd rather you win it than Man City. I do actually really like Harry (hoping he'll be managing England next year!!), and at least you've got where you are through shrewd business and not splashing stupid money like City!!"
Some of the best points of tonight are:
Livermore and Dawson- both have played very little, both slotted in with no fuss, both were immense. We do have squad depth
BAE- his performance yes, his goal better, his celebration :gomes:
Azza- Great to have him back, took his goal well, and gives defenders plenty to think about
Ade/VDV/Bale- As an attacking trio they were quality tonight, might have lacked the finish but the link up play had me having a crisis all over the place
Rest of the team- solid
and finally, we've finally played the famous game in hand and we've made it count. 3 points behind City. We're fucking coming for you, you Manc cunts

We also dont LOOK like slipping up to often. We've seen it time and time again in previous seasons where we have been given an oppurtunity to push on but havent taken it. This year we seem to be in control. Im trying to keep myself grounded but the more weeks that go by the more i start to believe something special is on the cards. Must.....stay....calm!
Right after that hard thought win, I'm alittle ANNOYED. I had 50p on Ekotto first goalscorer at 50-1, and a quid on Livermore first goalscorer in the second half 28-1. Why didn't I back Benny at 66-1 in the second half. From now on he's worth a punt.
