Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

He's 21 and has done alright for his age in the prem. He shows for the ball, wants to take it forward and take players on with a decent success rate, and he can cross and score goals.

Compared to most wingers at his age at this level, he's pretty good.
He came in young. It's usually the age 22 season you really find out what you have in a forward. My biggest question is where he is best suited too play. I think he could be really effective working in a two striker formation. He's not done badly out wide, but when he is closer to the goal and can cut inside with that heavy shot he looks like he could be a scorer.

He's the smallest of our problems. He lets us down sometimes, yes, for sure, but people are judging him if he should be our saviour, no way. The guy barely started to play football at a professional level and is just playing cause we lost Odobert, Maddison and Xavi and to be honest, he was our best attacking player, while Muani and Richarlison could barely control a football.

I like
- his confidence
- his versatily to play across the front 3
- his moments

But, he doesn’t make the right decisions half the time. That will come with experience.

His versatility and potential ceiling means he is a decent backup for next season, particularly with our penchant for injuries. Better than Moore or Solanke who can only play one position imo.

Good point well made.

It’s just with MM it’s likely he could be a squad player for us next season after doing well at Rangers and that’s more likely being stuck on the left wing for a season than at pivotal number 10.

Yeah agree. He could play wide 10 like Xavi did for De Zerbi.

It will be interesting to see what De Zerbi really wants to do at LWF. And if he will stick with Gallagher as a box to box #10 or move Xavi/Maddison/Moore in there centrally

Covering the further absence of Kulu & Xavi makes most sense for MM next season....... We can't be buying anymore CAMs at this juncture.
