Yes he does. It’s a -1 or a -2 goal handicap (by picking the mouthbreather)

What the fuck are you on about?
Royal costs us goal pretty much every game. If not 2.
Literally look at all the goals we've conceded. And see how he did in those moments.
Cannot remind enough- for our very last game, he was totally outplayed for 1st goal, AND he let Leeds player skin him and run almost 1-on-1 with Lloris, which Hugo saved.
If you call goals that he will cost us "dud moments" then fair. But it makes as much sense as calling EPL football game "running around a bit with lads".
If only that was true though, you could have been onto something.........

All stats are per 90 minutes. Categories in order are as follows: 90s, tackles, tackles in defensive third, successful tackle %, blocks, interceptions, tackles + interceptions, errors leading to goals
according to these stats, perisic is the worst of our WBs

At defending (these are defensive-only stats), yes. And I make that right too.
The stock response to anyone, when presented with cold hard facts that are counter to their opinion, is "I've got eyes", or "I watch football". The problem is the assumption you now make is that the person posting the stats that have literally blown your mind is that they don't watch the game, and that they haven't got eyes. Which of course is utter bollocks, because they might well have been arguing what they see for page after page, with no stats, just what they witness with their own eyes. They then are able to prove what they see by backing that up with some statistical data.I have no clue how this "Err" is calculated. I believe it has something to do about being in duel from where the goal was scored, so if he has lost his man for example and is not in duel with him, it is not a "Err". So if he'd go out there and stand in center circle whole game, he'd end up with "0 Err". Brilliant metric!
If you say that his defensive mistakes and him being overplayed have not resulted in opposition goal, then I have literally no reply. I have eyes and I've seen him being skinned so-so many times.

As you were.
An error leading to a goal is exactly that, "A mistake made by a player losing the ball that leads to a shot or a goal."My question to you was - are you stating that his defending has not cost us goals?
And other one - what does that "Err" column represent, meaning behind that was - what is considered as an error?
Watch the goals we've conceded this year. Fault can be attributed to Emerson, Dier and Lloris more than any other player. Most of Emerson's are aerial duels/failure to track. Dier's flat footed ness/miscontrol. But they've also played the most. Doherty is possibly the worst when you take mins played into account, mostly poor positioning and timing of press. Sanchez too. Hojbjerg more than you'd think. Sess, Perisic and Davies pretty stable compared to the rest. But then, not every goal has to be somebody's fault.. it's a competitive sport, every team concedes goals. An error leading to a goal is exactly that, "A mistake made by a player losing the ball that leads to a shot or a goal."
It's the only metric that can be applied and recorded because how far back should you take it? The centre forward losing possession that started an attack that lead to a goal? The front line not pressing/or pressing effectively that led to a goal? Or a forward not tracking a runner (maybe even the eventual goalscorer)? A midfielder(s) being out of position and/or getting bypassed?
There is usually an error maybe by multiple players in a build-up to an oppo goal, committed by players from any position on the pitch. But the measure has been clearly defined "A mistake made by a player losing the ball that leads to a shot or a goal." and this he has not done once. All our other FB/WB's have made errors leading to a goal, he hasn't. This is a fact, not fiction.
It is also absolutely clear that he's the best "defender" of all of our WB/FB's, no requires stats to see this surely.

Except for no one (out of our FB/WB's) has made as many tackles per 90!! Or defensive actions in the final third. His defensive numbers are the best out of all comparable players in that position. Makes you wonder why Conte plays him every week, maybe it's because of this?Yes. This is a fact.
But it is equally fucking stupid measure.
If he gets run past like he is not there... like he did very many times against Woolwich for example... then he could never "lose the ball" cause he can't win it from attacking player at all.
Same goes for missed headers. Same goes to attempted (but failed) interception of passes.
Either way, most efficient way (while being on field I mean) to keep "Err" down is to stay criminally out of position and fail to touch the ball in defensive area to begin with.
But whatever if you cannot see how his failures have cost us, then so be it. Stick to your "Err" and slam all other explanation as "opinions" against your "solid facts". It is your freedom to do so.

This absolutely blows to bits any suggestion that the most efficient way to avoid errors is to stay out of position. He's in position as he's doing all the other things and the record of doing them better than the other players in that position at Spurs, they are there, listed before your very eyes in the stats provided.
This isn't going too well is it?
This just means he’s the most aggressive and maybe the best tackler. It doesn’t show his positioning, where the tackles are taking place, his ability to cover for teammates, etc.Except for no one (out of our FB/WB's) has made as many tackles per 90!! Well, I'm not talking about Froddo. I'm talking about OUR players and precisely their defensive abilities. Nothing else. And a whopping 12% cross accuracy.

Btw Trippier, a player you've heavily criticised for his defensive work, has made 5 more tackles in the league this season with a 26% higher accuracy rate. He's also made more than twice as many interceptions, won more duels, made more clearances, nearly twice as many recoveries, cleared it off the line twice to Emerson's 0 .. etc etc etc.
So just an idea of what an actually good RB does. Oh and going forward his crossing accuracy is 41% to Emerson's 12%, he's made 8 through balls to Emerson's 0, hits more than twice as many successful long balls, has created 7 big chances to Emerson's 0. That's how this looks when we compare Emerson to a competent right back & not our other DONKEYS.
