Manager Mauricio Pochettino

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I keep reading that Kane has an influence as to who the next manager should be. Surprised he’s not pushed for Poch.

Better then many. But I don't want him back. That last year plus the shit football he played with PSG makes me don't wanting him back.
The last season would not bother me because it was an accumulation of many things- levy not backing poch- poch flirting with other clubs etc…..
But now both sides actually need each other and have learnt so it’s time to go again.

I honestly hate the board at the club with my whole heart. They ruined a completely organic rise with Pochettino to times that were better than many in our lifetime have ever seen.

To know they didn't back him at all, have people convinced on here he's not a winner because of it and it's his fault - he took us to one of the best teams in the world, genuinely the best for a period and didn't get a player for three windows.

It completely baffles me how we haven't looked close to pochs time here and that it's a no brainer to atleast bring him back for another chance.

To know we haven't called him and he would've come I just feel genuinely sick now of this club.

Supported my whole life, born in Tottenham, absolutely die hard fan, now days I barely want to watch them.

The board have sucked the life out of me, they have shown that no matter how good a manager gets from a squad, the board doesn't understand what it takes to win. Its entirely profit driven and it just feels like what is the point anymore.

All we had to do, give pochettino time and a completely free slate to sign who he wants, but we just couldn't do it, instead drawing more from this shower of piss of a group from managers playing to total opposite to what made Pochs time successful.

I am so so sick on the club right now and it's the board 100% that's caused it.

The only save face would be to bring pochettino back for me right now.

Going the nagelsman route (still unlikely), unproven in the prem and alienated a top tier club in Bayern, why not just go for pochettino instead of letting him go to our bitter rivals.

The club is way more than pochettino but I just cannot work out why the best performing manager since Bill Nich for us isn't even being called. Its the board and their egos, so we're being held hostage by a few board members that DO NOT UNDERSTAND FOOTBALL AND ARE TOO ARROGANT TO UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN MISTAKES

It's a bit gauling he is going there but I don't blame him. We just need to remember that this is the repercussions of the idiotic decisions our owners make

It’s clear Poch wants us soo bad, he decided going to Chelsea and getting sacked was his clearest path back to the Spurs hot seat…

Levy isn't going to bring him back because it would be an admission that he's clueless and he made a mistake in sacking Poch, and which lays the turmoil and embarrassment of the last several years right at Levy's feet.

It also would produce a situation where Poch would need to be backed to remake the side, and Levy only ever wants someone who can get more out of what he has.

His deadly combination of refusal to acknowledge error (and thereby learn from mistakes) and unwillingness to spend what's required to win a trophy other than the 4th place Levy Trophy mean the team will never reach the promised land under Levy and all appointments are doomed to fail until such time as Levy has fucked off

Ironically, Levy the mastermind of business dealings, seems will let his ego get in the way of a commercially sound bet on Poch, and hand our bitter rivals at the Bridge a chance to let Poch thrive.

Comical.
