As much as I really want an experienced manager (in LvG) to take reigns next seasons, I have a tingling feeling that Poch might be the one here instead.
He seems so much of a Levy guy, he hasn't extended his contract, supposedly has had issues with the Saints' recent board makeover, but can work with tough chairmen, etc.
I'm personally not completely sold on this fella, but some good things that may come with him are Lamela's (re)integration, the contentment to use what we got (including our youths like Carroll), and ... possibly a transfer of Lallana to Spurs, which would be amazing.

Pochettino. Chances 80-90%? Done all he can (and done it well) at Soton. If I thought he would/could bring Lallana Rogrigues and Shaw with him in a "package" deal involving, Lennon, Chadli, Ade, Rose. Throw Dembele in to sweeten the deal, along with 20 mill too! Then as unlikely as this would be. I,d be a very happy chappy!!
That deal wouldn't be good for our squad with home grown players. We need to keep Rose and Lennon until other players come through. Dembele is someone we should keep hold of if we're going to play him to his strengths.
We are also very unlikely, it pains me to say it of course, to get Shaw :walkercry:

One big difference though. Pochettino was an Argentine international footballer so probably has a good idea how the game should be played. AVB, on the other hand, was/is probably no better at football than me.
