He’s not wrong in the sense that anyone can see the team and the coach don’t have the mentality required to go to Anfield and win a meaningful game. Especially when you consider how limited our talent level is compared to theirs. Even with a goal to give the outcome was never in doubt.

The poster was also not wrong that we won plenty of big games to reach that stage, including the home game of that exact Semi Final
 
I can handle to blatant arsehole crawling from pundits but what pisses me off is the piss taking, as if Spurs are a joke.

Granted the first leg was a good performance, but thats just a prime example of the Ange era. Every tenth game or so when interested the team turns a decent performance. That only proves they are capable of being much better than Ange’s results have brought, and it’s not a credit to him.

But winning both legs against a great team that’s motivated, away, for all the chips? With Ange in charge? No one really expected anything other than us coughing up that goal advantage and going out

Talk Sport and in particular Jason Cunty were an utter disgrace last night.

I KNOW it's that Radio station's job to appeal to the lowest common denominator, but Cundy plumbed new depths last night...

He clearly despises us as a club and a fanbase... So much so that I genuinely start to question his true motives for 'playing'for us...

Was he hell (Darren) bent on committing sabotage by continually being SO SHIT for us, it can't be anything other than deliberate! Other than that fluke goal at Ipswich he was probably one of our worst ever defenders.... And I include Tramezzani, Nethercott and Mabizela in that!

There’s obviously a gap, but given our financial resources it’s not as though we shouldn’t be able to at least be competitive. They had a harder game vs Accrington fucking Stanley. We didn’t have a shot on target.

It’s one thing to lose but to be a spineless, pathetic excuse like we were should never be tolerated. That’s our problem we are weak mentally and physically and that includes our fan base. We’ve become tolerant of failure in a way no other top club is.
 
My biggest annoyance with pretty much every match we've played in the last 2 months but mostly last night was. Imagine if Liverpool played that game without Salah, Nunes, Jota, Szboszlai, Robertson, Van Dyke, Konate, Joe Gomez or Allison (they've got a very good backup keeper obvs) against a full strength Spurs team. The difference in coverage would be astronomical, would of had 50 stat bombs on the screen of how many games each players missed, how many minutes their on field players had had to play in four competitions due to the injury crisis. Peter Drury would of made Alan Smith cry with a 20 page poem about injuries as the Kop end unveiled a 100 foot justice for hamstring tifo.They would of been plucky overplayed youngsters who were outclassed away from home on a days less rest rather than weak mentality no desire shit cunts Tottenham.

If anything the media has been positively biased towards us. Weve been dogshit for a long time yet ange has escaped criticism until recently.

People need to stop blaming refs and journos and accept the problem is levy and ange.
