Player Mikey Moore

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Tough night for him but what a reward, a goal he took brilliantly.

You can tell he's a player used to being way better than everyone around him. There will be growing pains.
Yes fully agree. You can tell he has the confidence to beat his man but he’s probably used to actually beating him. In the big leagues now. I have high hopes but I reckon it’ll be a few years before we start to see the best from him. Will be delighted to be proven wrong of course

Did Kieran McKenna have a hand in his development here?

Never too early to start scouting that golden become-a-man loan for him next year.

How lucky are we? Boy is going to be a superstar. Watched him closely tonight and he’s properly dangerous every time he gets the ball. Big lad too, will be challenging Grealish in the calve size stakes very soon!

No way Moore gets loaned, he's part of the furniture now and another 6 months + pre-season under his belt and he will be cooking next season.
There's no way he's slotted in as a starter next year. I dunno, he is still extremely young, it's not like a limited role isn't appropriate for a guy barely 18.

But a great loan can explode a player into life, that is definitely not something I'd reject out of hand.

His ball control and dribbling look very good. As others have mentioned, gives me inside forward vibes - so we won't get the best of him (as with Sonny, BJ, Deki, Richy) pushing them to the touchline.

Ange has a lot of very talented players - frankly the patterns of play (or seeming lack thereof) are not doing justice to that, as players constantly look and feel out of position. No surprise we turn the ball over so much, alongside the fatigue and lack of chemistry between players.
