More or less up & down than Werner , Johnson or Tel ? Even Sonny ?

Sunday was a perfect situation to put him on the pitch , but like others have said , maybe Ange doesn’t fancy him

Johnson is by far our most regular source of goals.
Werner has been banished.
Tel has fallen off the starter list.
Yeah, I would be looking at Son alternatives.

I think , obviously don’t know but Mickey would vastly improve with minutes, he shows more drive than most of the players mentioned , as I say , Sunday was a perfect situation to give him mins

We lose games anyways
We've been the flip of a coin for a win or a loss since February.
In the league P8 W4 L3 D1
Ropey League P2 W1 L1
It's about as sporadic as you could get really. But, worryingly, it's better than the months that preceded.

December + January in the League P11 W1 L8 D2 :roflmao:
I may be wrong, but didn't he give more minutes to the likes of Moore and Gray in that Dec/January period than he did from February on when the likes of VDV, Romero, Jonson, Odobert etc started working their way back to fitness?

Moore was injured all of December and half of January, he only came on when we were already 3-0 down against Everton and 2-1 down against Leicester. He did get an assist off the bench in the Everton game though.

Was Everton the last we saw of him?
Wasn't there a rumour he was out with something fairly serious healthwise?
Nah, sorry was talking about Dec/Jan. He went off at HT against Brentford while 1-0 up and again against Villa in the cup while 1-0 down. Maybe partly fitness. Also played the last 10 minutes against Liverpool while 4-0 down.

We'll prob never know what was wrong with him, club said virus but wouldn't be surprised if he got injured in Ange's training and the club just decided to keep it quiet to both protect Mikey and the manager. He did an interview after one of the England U19 games and he did call it his 'injury' rather than his illness but maybe reading too much in to that.

He’s a child. How many 17 year olds play regularly at this level? Not many.

Let him develop physically a bit before wetting yourselves. He wouldn’t be getting many minutes at most top clubs if we’re being honest.

our 'kids' look more productive then the seniors.
Spence definitely.
Bergval occasionally.
Moore once or twice.

I think it's been blown a bit out of proportion and maybe some players have got a free pass. Moore had games like the Everton one where he came on at 3-0 down and they had the game won and he got an assist or 2. Was that because he's the next Messi? Or was it because it was 80 minutes into a game where Everton had dominated us but maybe ran out of legs and took their eye off the ball?
Conversely, he definitely started some games and came off by HT because he offered nothing. No one remembers those though.

I am a Spurs fan. Moore can wait. If he were Rooney-level okay, but otherwise, so what.

My post was being pedantic.
Okay, but do you know what 'pedantic' means? It makes no sense when connected to your post.

"Characterised by a narrow, often ostentatious concern for academic knowledge and formal rules." - is what it means.

Really needs to be playing week in and week out, I think a decent Championship loan would take him up another step - somewhere like Norwich
Interesting debate, what with Southampton, Leicester and Ipswich being so poor this season.
Can a PL player really learn anything playing in the Championship anymore? All 3 of the promoted teams looked decent last season, but woefully short this.

If Ange actually doesn't fancy him, that's unacceptable- Moore is the presumed future golden boy of this club, who has demonstrated obvious talent and ability to create danger. We can't afford not to give a best effort try to develop Moore.

It's far more likely Ange is just secretly desperate to succeed and wary to play any young players unless absolutely necessary.

Very curious and poor how Moore's minutes have been handled since December or so... seriously disappointing.

Spence isn't a kid in the same way that Bergvall, Gray and Moore are though.

Seeing as Gray has been relegated mostly to the bench since VdV and Romero returned, it appears the only one who has really gotten Ange's trust is Bergvall. Moore appears to have been sent back to playing with the U23's.

Not a good situation at all for us. All three should be getting consistent small minutes and the odd start, at the very least.

According to some, Jamie Donleys agent has been quoted that Mikey Moore's agent has been looking around for suitors this summer.

Bit of a he said she said, but where there's smoke...

He did delete his goal from his Instagram. And I bet there will be stuff coming out about Ange soon as we get dumped from the EL

Exactly. In pretty much every prem minute he's played he looked exactly what he is, a child playing against men and way out of his depth getting bullied physically. Just because nwaneri is doing it whos much shorter and stockier, doesn't mean every 17 year old is that physically ready.
