And they lost, so serves them right really.
Obviously would have started if fully fit but was out training at HT in boots with the other subs so can rule out a sprain/ligament damage as quite a few suggested
Mikey could do a lot for us- playing capably across the LW, CAM and RW positions. Frank will know better and likely be more interested to take care of him than many other coaches might be. I like the idea of him being a 5th choice winger and 3rd choice CAM- would prob be enough minutes to keep him developing- and we could always loan him out in winter if not... but its a good sign that twisted ankle he got in last game is not too serious. I'd love frank to see him in pre-season, he is mouldable, could be the right manager to help elevate him
Now has 3 weeks holiday break, doesn't need to join with Spurs preseason squad until about July 11th or so ....... plenty of time for any relatively minor niggles to heal.
Yep, W0 D2 L1.
Lost probably the 6 best players from that group tbf. George and Acheampong went to the CWC. Miley, Rigg and Dibling all pulled out injured just before and Moore got injured in the first game.Yep, W0 D2 L1.
Germany scored in injury time to eliminate us, even so, qualifying with just 2 points would have been pretty crap
....and on the beach tomorrow!
Posted on twitter that I wouldn't mind seeing him go on loan to Wealdstone.
Post was 'liked' by Sam Cox, Wealdstone Manager and coach at Spurs...![]()
He's too young to be loaned on the continent IMHO.I fucking bet they would like that.
MM is a European loan or championship at worst
Orient might be a good fit. League 1 football and no disruption to his home lifeHe's too young to be loaned on the continent IMHO.
Him staying and not playing very much really might be the age-appropriate thing, unless I am super confident in the loan situation I would be careful with this one.
The story of Mikey Moore isn't being told in the next 12 months.
He might be too good for that to challenge him in the right way but it's worth thinking about.Orient might be a good fit. League 1 football and no disruption to his home life
