I'm hoping culture shock can be overcome by July. Agree a loan this second half of the season is unlikely and would likely be unwise. A loan next season to a Champo or L1 side located in London while training with Son at Hotspur Way would be ideal.
Well we can't loan him to Orient.

Thats Racist GIF

Maybe he can rescue our season
The lad has spark, DJed just showed what that can add to a team. Whether he has the lungs, heart, muscles and mind for the Prem soon, immensely doubtful, but you never know.

Maybe with natural development, he’s gonna be a bullet from almost the get go. As he seemed to improve his goals/assists as his season went on, the kids Young player of the year and team of the year (so you can bet he’s sniffing a place Vs Johnson or covering Son).

Reality of the physicality in the prem on the grass is a going to be a shock. He's clearly rapid, agile and super tricky but prem defenders are used to quick and know how to smash a shoulder into players to stop them getting off the mark.

Maybe he's that quick he can hit the ground running but a loan to Germany or Holland also seems likely IMO.

He’ll be here until summer, no doubt. Fate will be as much a deciding factor, as if the boy is strong enough, in the right moment (so not actively growing) and we have injuries, he may well get unexpected time Jan-May and then if he shows something who knows.

Back of my mind dreams, we just signed a young superstar who will level up immediately and score some vital goals on route to Europa Glory… sign a kid who is worth £50m for £3m, reframing our Wing Forward issue completely.

Not exactly rolling out the red carpet are we . It’s like we bought him on Amazon. I wonder if he will spend the night stashed in a recycle bin or will they just chuck him over the gate at the training ground .

There is a non Korean man in video - I am guessing he's a man from Spurs, might well drive him to 'players lodge' at training ground assuming that's where he will stay.

Anyone being met at Heathrow isn't going to need more than a guide/driver - looks like Yang has either his family or his agent with him. Were you expecting Ange and Daniel to be there to greet him ? 😁 😁 😁

He’s been playing against grown men in the K-League though, and it’s not just Koreans in that league. Also he doesn’t look slight to me. Dude looks like he’s got plenty of muscle. His main issues will be adapting to a new game plan, the faster pace of the PL, and having just played an entire season that finished only a month ago. He’ll probably take a couple of months to get up to speed, like Bergvall did

think that's the biggest one in all it's aspects. no time to dwell, no time to rest. You always have to be sharp, quick and have incredible stamina

No , it was a joke , a recurring one with many of us post the Soldado Ryan Air episode .

I'm not expecting any instant impact from him. This is a very young kid who has been signed for the future. I'm actually quite surprised we have brought him into the squad at such a young age. I doubt he's as good as Mikey Moore yet and even Moore feels like he is another year or two away from becoming a regular starter.

Keep the expectations low and if he has any sort of impact this season then its a bonus. Please don't expect him to be instantly ahead of Werner in the pecking order and pushing Brennan for starts. You'll only end up disappointed and abusing the poor kid and that helps nobody!
