Did a lot of very good work today

But...

I do find him frustrating. And am concerned he's "good against poor opponents"

Having said that he was excellent vs PSG in the Supercup so maybe I'm being unfair.

When he put Porro in on the overlap without seeming to think about it I was very encouraged. The quicker we play and interchange the better we look

I see a lot of opportunities for overlap through passes that go begging. Been a trend with this squad for several seasons.

This place is weird, all these complaints about him yet when he produces arguably his best performance this season there's crickets in this thread.
Yeah tbh think it's kinda weird that people have been calling him average and stuff. Whatever you think of Kudus I just don't see how you can see him as 'average'.

Even on a bad day, unless the team is completely dysfunctional and unable to get him the ball, he's such a useful player to have. Absurdly strong, insane 1v1 dribbler, so hard to dispossess. That's a rare profile and so handy to have in the squad - basically the opposite of Johnson in his all-round contribution when not scoring/assisting. Like Kulu, he gives us an outball and hold-up play that our strikers haven't been able to provide.

Sure he overplays it sometimes, does dumb shit on occasion and his final ball/shot can be a bit random, but we've been a largely dysfunctional team that's relied on him far too much and he's regularly been doubled up on.

And then on days like today he's absolutely great. If he can be more consistent and go up a level from here then the potential is stupidly high.

Yep, he is frustrating at times. The only winger in our squad who’s capable of scaring opposition FB’s, especially one on one with his dribbling. Offers a threat shooting when he cuts in. I don’t think anyone else does that for us. Need more wingers like him, unpredictability, dribbling ability and decent at shooting.

Overall great, but does some weird-ass shit sometimes that lead to dangerous counter attacks.

Around 70th minute he was by touchline near halfway line and should have played a simple one-two with Pedro to set him off on a run, but instead he chipped the ball up and tried to reverse loop it over Brentford player's head in opposite direction, to Xavi, which led to a throw which they took quickly and we're straight in behind us on to our goal and Mickey had to slide-tackle save the moment.

Vicario, Romero and Spence were absolutely furious with him, screaming across the pitch at him.

Earlier he has a moment in deep advanced position where he tried to do some tricky shit instead of just simple, lost the ball and they hit a diagonal to have a dangerous 2v1 situation.

Think he gets bored of playing football unless he can sprinkle some spice on it and needs to entertain himself, or something.

Quite self-indulgent and unnecessarily risky at times.

Again, overall, he had a great game tho.

Xavi got platformed as proper 10. And suddenly Kudus looks better without having to shoulder all the creative burden.

He’s not prime Neymar and there’s no reason for Frank to set up the team as if he is.

His little stool at West Ham was a carved bespoke effort.

I see Levy's parting gift to Kudus was to replace the one Spam wouldn't give him back with a plastic one from Wilko?

I think you genuinely have problems, LDS Levy derangement syndrome

My condition is not as serious as yours.

Yours is an end stage issue.

I will recover.

get the man back, fuck ENIC off - he cared about this football club!

I think if we go through the amount of times you posted about him particularly since he left the club gracefully then your post count will probably be around the 300 mark, the fact that you bring him up in every thread (like this one) pays testament to that, it's utterly mental.
