I get the impression Spurs have just paid 55m for a younger version of Adama Traore. Strong, takes people on, fast, hard to dispossess - but no end product.

Hope he proves me wrong.

Not sure his ceiling is enough to really take Spurs to the next level, and fells like yet again we have spent a lot of money on midtable journeyman.

(btw, Traore had more goal contributions in far less games last season).
Traore has scored 35 goals in 432 career appearances.

Kudus has scored 67 goals in 235 career appearances.

I get the head down running similarities but Kudus is a far more clinical version of Traore.

So basically he's a really fast version of Adel Taarabt.

Nice to have a maverick on the squad.
There's questions marks over certain things like attitude, running with his head down, not passing but 95% of wingers are like that.

We need someone who can beat a man, especially against the low block teams.

Interesting to see how Frank uses Odobert, Tel and Kudus. All 3 can be swapped between RW to LW, provides some flexibility.

Think he will try to use Kudus more like he did with Mbuemo. Hug the right side and tap ins for Johnson and Solanke in the box.

Look what's coming down The Lane. A whole new coterie of fans for Levy to fleece...

To some degree it’s copium by West Ham but the point I think is correct. Bowen and Kudus are West Ham’s best players, both playing best on the RW, Bowen is better than Kudus so Kudus has to be played out of position to get in the side.

Kudus is much better for us, we need a RW player and he offers us dribbling, ball carrying and ball rentention we lack in forward areas.
