On her thread about Kulu:

My own background, I've studied sports science, physiotherapy and biomechanics since I was 14. I recently was hired as an assistant physio to an EFL club in league two. However I am not knower of all things. This based on his public injury record and my own knowledge.

Is she?

Seems a big fan of Spurs women, not sure she works for them

And I have seen before coments from her saying shes basically a post grad and enthusiast - so more qualified than me for sure - but the imrpession was still not "expert"

Depending on your definition I guess
True.

Is it also fair to say that anyone who works at a professional football club as a Director of Football, is also an expert?

Lol! As a physio myself I can honestly say that if she hasn't herself examined Kudus or not have seen any scans they have taken, she is just making guesses. And not even educated guesses if she is just using a public injury record to base it on.

And to cover my own ass: she could be right or could be wrong. Lol!

And to be fair to her, I dont think she claims to be correct either, more shes just talking arund the situation with whatever info/knowledge she has

Problem is, of course, you put something on the internet - it kind of takes a life of its own doesnt it?

For sure we can’t count on him next season, same as all our other attackers. It’s a huge challenge actually because due to the horrendous injury problems we probably need to sign a whole new attack to ensure we don’t get in a relegation battle again due to player unavailability.

Solanke - missed most of the season, has become injury prone
Richarlison - injury prone
Tel - stayed fit
Kulusevski - missed all season, career now in jeopardy
Kudus - missed half the season, recovery timeline unknown
Odobert - out until 2027
Simons - out until 2027
Maddison - made of glass and just returned from a year out

We genuinely might need to sign 4 new attacking players, at minimum, just to be able to field a team on the first day.

Yeah, it's a complete mess. A total headache for our recruitment department.

It is utterly flabbergasting how fucked we got in the last few seasons. I thought the one that started with the Chavs game and ended in Jan with us down 4 starting players was bad... but this season was just astonishingly bad for injuries.

Not sure any of us can say how long he will take to get back.
An operation on his quad could vary greatly in terms of recovery length of time/severity. Nobody knows the nature of the operation and why he needed it.

He could be back early into the season or he could be prema crocked. Frustrating not knowing the timeline though
