Amazing how every team is apparently great against us and deserved something from the game (despite the xG differences).

MOTD spent the whole analysis talking about plucky NF with a simple one-liner from Richards on us at the end.

That's despite sitting 3rd after our best start to a league campaign in 12 years.

I can only think it's our style of play that makes it so hard for pundits to give us plaudits.

Indeed. Lloris barely had a save to make. We could have had 4 or 5 at the end.

Just like when Klopp bitched and moaned about our style when we should've beaten them at Anfield.

Can’t vouch for the Sky coverage and any supposed bias but fuck me MOTD did a dreadful job tonight. Highlights were very selective. Missed our early dominance and chances aside from the goal. Said our goal was against the run of play when it was the start of the match. Fucking idiots. It was a brilliant breakaway. And if Forest deserved something from the game as they said, then we deserved something from the multitude of chances we had as well. Oh, and the penalty was a clear red. How can a handball 1 yard out denying a header into an open net not be a clear goalscoring opportunity. FFS. But oh yes weren’t Forest amazing, Brian Clough, the City Ground, European Cups, jumpers for goalposts, blah blah fuck off.

EDIT: final sin was interviewing their manager so fucking close up. On the HD TV I was terrified!

Blink and you missed our part in the game. I'm surprised that they didn't show the Richie showboating and subsequent foul - wonder how they would have critiqued that!

Guys, we could have won 5-0 and MOTD would still have shown more highlights for Forest.

It's nothing new, hell I remember matches where we HAVE won by a large margin and they still find a way to make our opposition look better than they were.

Wouldn't be surprised if that Forest - Bournemouth game was a bit dodgy considering the owner of Forest. That 3rd goal seemed a bit fishy.

Also, the way that Forest just dropped off when the 2nd half started makes my point even stronger.

Because he's greek, and living in the Balkans, I know how football owners work here. Wouldn't be surprised if at half-time, somewhere in China a bet worth millions of € was called for a Bournemouth win.

Ah nice bit of casual racism, fantastic.

Greek people are dodgy apparently ergo they tell their own teams to lose, brilliant :contefacepalm:

Do you think he went into the dressing room at HT and told the players to concede lol

What racism? I'm from the Balkans as well for fucks sake. It's the same throughout everywhere here. Greece, Romania, Albania, Bulgaria etc. I'm talking from experience...

I'm being racist towards myself. I've heard it all now...:contefacepalm2:

You literally led your post with his nationality, what does the fact that him being Greek have to do with it?

How do you suspect he is in involved in his own team losing the match? Has he told them 1by1 to drop off and concede, your point makes 0 sense.

Because we do it all the time! Why do you think the only Albanian team to make the groups of Europa League is banned for 10 years from UEFA Competitions? Because of FFP? Or because they match-fixed multiple games...

It happens with Balkanic owners. He can go downstairs, tell 2 or 3 players to "turn it down a bit" for a cheeky little bonus.

If you don't understand it, then I can't be bothered to explain it anymore. Football is not as pure as the english think.

That can happen in smaller leagues where players aren't earning that much and there's not much exposure but Prem players on big money, no chance - what's the motivation for them to do that other than money?

What other motivation do they need?

Match-fixing happens in Italy, Germany etc. as well, it's just more prevalent in Balkan.

Look at this scandal, and look at the suspect. Guess who's the first one, and what clubs does he own other than Olympiakos? Here's a hint, it plays in the Premier League.
