The Lane is safe for years to come as a premium venue for concerts regardless of other clubs , getting permission to stage a few concerts isn't easy for stadiums located in wealthier districts where residents object and Woolwich couldn't bribe a High Court judge to rule in their favour.

UEFA rules on best seats for away fans in Europa League , there will always be away fans in West Stand for UEFA matches..
Visiting clubs are entitled to receive 200 top-category tickets for their premium supporters, sponsors, etc., but they are not obliged to take the full allocation. 50 of these tickets must be provided on a complimentary basis, and the rest are to be made available for purchase. These tickets are to be located in the next highest category of seats after those providing access to the home club’s VIP area. They must be located in a single block, with appropriate stewarding and segregation, and must fulfil the following conditions:

They are good seats but not top category
Attendance was 57k so room for quite a few more tourists etc.
The prick of an owner sells memberships for £25 so it couldn’t be simpler for away fans to get a ticket in the home end. Happens every week at the neutral, megadome entertainment arena
Except that wouldn’t have worked. From the 17 March ticket announcement:

In order to purchase tickets for this fixture during this sales window supporters must have held a One Hotspur membership as of Thursday 20 February.”

£45 and it's a piss take. Need to spend £90 for the right to spend £200 to take my kid to the game ( no kids tickets if you're just a member)
The £25 mentioned by Teach is probably with the 50% end of season discount.
They didn't do that last year... Or if they did it was really late, wanted full price in March
Not sure exactly what UEFA mean by top category it clearly doesn't mean top price but seems seats not behind the goals and must be situated not necessarily central but in a good viewing area somewhere beteween edge of both penalty areas.
Don't know how German fans got lower tier seats but there are plenty of ways for people to get tickets through 3rd party sources, the club recently announced that it had sanctioned 70 touts and reduced ticketing points of 17 season ticket holders who were selling away tickets
