yes it was a smash and grab but they had a player sent off inside 30 minutes. I would never call a team lucky when they have to play the majority of the game with 10 men.
They had a player sent off because Van Dijk fucked up and took one for the team to prevent a goal, it wasn't bad luck.

If Spurs played a team (at home) and that team went down to 10 men early (whilst we are 1-0 up) and we still somehow managed to lose I wouldn't describe that as "unlucky".
