So define success. is it winning trophies or reaching finals or coming close eg top four? Everyone outside of Man City infers that their money lets them win things. If that’s true then everyone else is a runner-up unless they can spend the same. For Spurs that ain’t gonna happen. Even if ENIC and Levy are gone the spending power will only change if the club becomes state-owned where the money is no object. As that’s unlikely what would you have new owners do? The reality is Spurs ARE successful achieving the mid to top end of the table and overachieved in the Poch era by consistently reaching top four.

A new manager isn't going to do shit. We need new owners to change the mentality of this club asap. As long as ENIC/Levy are at the helm, we aren't going to do anything. Top 6 team at best.

A lot depends when/if he goes but if its anytime between now and June it would be one of Poch or Tuchel. Rodgers maybe an outside bet if Leicester pick up over the season as Levy clearly likes him. All come with downsides.

If they have don't pick up before the World Cup and have a bad January I can see him doing the same as he did at Dortmund.
That said, he'd probably want some time out again. Would really depend on how long between him leaving them and Conte walking.
