Honestly I dont want a summer of managerial rejections like 2 years ago. That was embarrassing. Mason temp charge then permanent successor for next season. Part of me thinks poch might be waiting for real madrid job.

Dier was frozen out under Poch. He's the last player to want Poch back. It's probably Kane and Son.

Never got the whole well if Poch comes back he will play Winks and Dier. He played them because he had no one else. It’s the same with Conte, why is Conte playing Dier and Lenglet, because the alternative is Sanchez and Tanganga

It’s not like Poch and Conte are begging to buy and play these players, they play them because the alternatives are worse. If Poch has Skipp, Bentancur, Bissouma, Hojbjerg and Sarr he has no reason to play Winks anymore and if we buy 1-2 decent CB’s he has no reason to play Dier anymore.

Plan D being an interim like Mason.
What a knee-jerk statement. Plan D being bringing in a manager who is currently available just because... he is currently available. I'd rather they waited.

And don't trot out "yeah, we saw what happened last time; we got Nuno." One time it took the club forever to appoint a manager and everyone is treating it like it's the norm.

I honestly see no reason for it not to be Poch. His system and coaching are World Class. He'd give us an identity again as a high pressing team, improve players, basically all the things we've been crying out for since he left. Plus he loves the club and would sign a long term deal, and seems to be re-energised and eager to come back to us. Give him a 4-5 year deal, this is the system we're implementing, move on any players who have a problem.

Can you add A.Nyone to the list? I would literally take anyone for the rest of the season after today. Yes, even Southgate. It couldn't be any worse.

How does his head stay on?

Agree with this all, just hope we don't hurt him again

Same for everyone surely? The problems the next manager has aren't specific to Poch, it will be the same for all of them while Levy is still there. Whats become clear is someone coming in to 'shake it up' doesnt work and is even more short term.
There are different ways to "shake it up." The Conte way isn't the only way, and it's probably the wrong way, exactly because the issue is systemic. Adopting a Brentford-type model is also shaking it up and the right kind of shake-up.
