Lets stop pretending we are this mega American corporation bullshit franchise and stop the fakery. Just be honest ENIC, get Sean Dyche in who just pulled our pants down, give him a 10M transfer budget each window and lets battle it out for mid table, whilst bending the fans over with the highest tickets and shirt sales. Thats the true ENIC dream
Dyche is probably our level of manager, I think he would want the job but I don't think the players would be too impressed.

It’s easy to have a cut at the likes of Sean Dyche. He’s done a great job at Burnley for years. Traditionally that was the start of template that got you a top job. Guys like Dyche and English managers in general not trendy to get top jobs any more.

What has Rangnick done in his career to end up in the hot seat at Old Trafford? He’s in his 60’s, never won anything and has spent a managerial career steering the likes of Schalke, Stuttgart and Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga. He’s painted as some sort of revolutionary because he’s seemingly invented ‘gegenpressing’.

Only one man for the job of keeping us in the Prem

New manager's first day in charge.

Levy - "Obviously as I said in the interview, money's no object when it comes to rebuilding the team....although did I mention we can only buy players from Juventus?"

New Manager "Ok, get me De Ligt and Vlahovic"

Levy "Ha ha ha, no no no, Juve's reserve team or Fabio's bumchums. Basically, anyone we can scam into coming here"

Once Conte walks (matter of time) we're in real danger of becoming irrelevant on the global football scene

Levy must fall - surely now!

But he won't. He'll only go when he gets the money he wants.

The only thing we as fans can do is make our feelings known and hope and pray Levy takes the hint.

Our best option might be to reset our expectations to mid table safety, because if Levy doesn't go, we'll be delighted by mid table finishes in the future.

That's Burnley, staying in the Prem is a good season for them. Coming to work for us is a different matter entirely, he will have to work with Levy and Paratici for a start. He will get no trust from Levy what so ever, he might last a bit longer than Nuno but he won't make it until the end of the season.

You know what Levy has planned all along, we all do, let's not pretend it's rumour.

He wants Poch back and only Poch. A guy who hit a run of success but ultimately got no where. Now after a break where he's not exactly having an inspiring time in Paris, he's still Levy's plan because "That worked before".

The day Levy turned down Ten Hag was the point where our slide into obscurity began, breaking Conte will just speed it up.

Recruitment is the most important thing for the club at this point.
Expecting any manager to produce top 4 or a trophy winning team out of these misfits is almost impossible.

How many top players have we signed in the last 4-5 years?

Son maybe? Cant think of many others

Until there is a genuine commitment from the club to invest in scouting the right type of player and quality players it's very diffcult to compete at the top...and I dont just mean spending money.

We spunked over 100mil on Ndombele, Lo Celso and so on.

It's about being intelligent in the market, getting a balance between experienced quality players and promising younger ones.

The penny pinching, bargain bin searching and taking a punt on young talent just doesnt cut it anymore at the top level.

Until that changes, any manager that works in the door is really up against it.

Poch will never come back to work with this cunt

This club is a Knightmare. It's just a buisnees to the ones who now run it. It's not like football was many many years ago. We can have the best stadium in the world but a wanky team means nothing. If he walks u may aswel give it to someone up and coming because we are a 6th to 10th table team
