It's right before a game, all the tactics were practiced during the week on the training ground. In the dressing room its all about getting them motivated for the game. He's just reinforcing the tactics in a simplified way. I think you're focusing too much on the messages on the left but things like that do matter.

Yes our current decent players are on long term deals so they’d still be with us irrespective if Conte wasn’t! But possibly wishful thinking they signed because of Conte or partly because of him you’d have thought, again wish thinking he‘d gave them reassurances he’d see the project out but……..
Pretty obvious isn’t it, until Conte signs a long term deal there is always going to be speculation he might go back to Juventus particularly given his short tenures at many clubs.
