Paratici is just abysmal at appointing managers. After Moratta left Juve he appointed Pirlo who lasted 1 season, Sarri who lasted 1 season and here Nuno 3 months and Conte 16 months. Plus trying for Gattuso. Clueless.

Poch is not a direct style manager. He's just more direct than the others I've listed. We can't go from one extreme to the other. It would be terrible.
Off the top of my head I remember Enrique beating Costa Rica 7-0, Germany 6-0, Croatia 6-0 over his reign as Spain coach... very dull!
At this stage would it not be better to allow people to vote for say their top 3? (I don't know even if this is possible) I've no problem with Poch coming back and reflecting this in the vote but I also would love to see Nagglesman or De Zerbi.

Richarlison and Gil have energy to run for days. Kulusevski less so (he gets tired normally after 70 minutes) but still gives his all whenever is on the pitch. Major surgery is needed either way, and most likely Kane and Son won't be part of our squad neither.
Hopefully Levy and the board are not as thick as the majory of the people who voted in this poll.
I'm not even against bringing Poch back, its just that appointing a less direct manager wouldn't be the end of the world. I think the majority of the fanbase's frustrations are that we barely have the ball in games. It would be a big improvement in the atmosphere alone
