Just get someone in that won't have us camped in our half for most of the game.

Jose then Nuno then Conte. Too painful.

If the common thread is the players refusing to/unable to press then we need to bin all the old guard off. Yes even Kane and Son.

Richarlison
LF ---------- Kulusevski
CAM ------- Bentancur
Bissouma
Udogie ---- LCB ---- Romero -- Porro
GK

In my opinion I think we are better off going for a possession based manager rather than a direct rock and roll football manager right now, in order to allow these players to get used to having the ball after 4 years of counter attack football. It would benefit players like Son and Kane as they won't have to press as much, since we will naturally have more possession in game.

If we were to get a direct manager right now we will lose the ball more and we will see similarities to Conte and Mourinho ball

Which players in our squad can play that style?

How long until fans are equally bored as they are now?

Poch is not a direct style manager. He's just more direct than the others I've listed. We can't go from one extreme to the other. It would be terrible.

I’m alright with 12 months of Enrique if it builds a foundation going forward. He can get us a better group of players and actually make our team remember what it’s like to have possession again.

Self explanatory....... Who is your #1 pick?

Reply with anyone you want that isn't on the list and I'll add them........

(Poll closes June 6th..... So no changing ya votes after the end of the season ya shit-houses!)
At this stage would it not be better to allow people to vote for say their top 3? (I don't know even if this is possible) I've no problem with Poch coming back and reflecting this in the vote but I also would love to see Nagglesman or De Zerbi.

No worries if not.

See this is the frustrating thing. You’ve got Jack Pitt-Brooke from The Athletic saying that Paratici has drawn up a shortlist of managers, and then Ali G saying this…

At 79 votes, currently Poch has more than all the 18 other names put together. He's popular here, at least.

It wasnt fast but it WAS young and/or high energy.....

Oh we'll have to make some tweaks regardless... Absolutely.
Richarlison and Gil have energy to run for days. Kulusevski less so (he gets tired normally after 70 minutes) but still gives his all whenever is on the pitch. Major surgery is needed either way, and most likely Kane and Son won't be part of our squad neither.

I'm not even against bringing Poch back, its just that appointing a less direct manager wouldn't be the end of the world. I think the majority of the fanbase's frustrations are that we barely have the ball in games. It would be a big improvement in the atmosphere alone

I may have mentioned this before but there is no such person as "Enrique"
