I was watching an interview with Nagelsmann and he was saying for his style of play the number 6 is the most important player.
Who do you guys reckon he'd like the most in that position? Skipp, Bissouma, Bentancur?

The more I read up on Nagelsmann and his tactics and the way he likes to operate makes me believe he's near on the best fit for the personnel we currently have.

Porro, Udogie, Bissouma, Romero and Bentancur would all benefit from his 3142 formation. We'd need a new goalkeeper, two new centre backs and a central midfielder but we knew we were needing those things regardless of who takes over foe next season.

Even then, I think the likes of Emerson have a part to play in his 4231 when he decides that's needed.

If these rumours about Tuchel are true , it shows that Levy/ENIC haven't learnt a damn thing from the last 4 years

Are these really the kind of people you want running your football club

Bloody clueless and severely out of touch with the fanbase (the normal fans)
You mean those silly annoying old ‘legacy’ fans who used to clog up WHL making it harder for us to fill the ground with spendy spendy tourists?

:levywtf:

For me:

'arry with Mason until end of season and they get top four.

Nagelsmann straight after or straight away and hopefully for a while.

Then Poch. Think there'd be enough of a gap and hopefully he doesn't come to the prem before that.

Edit, or Howe if Newcastle part with him.

Does this comment mean you actually want Tuchel? The bloke is a gimp and another Chelscum waste of space. If Levy is instrumental on telling him to fuck off he’s got my vote

I think Skipp or Bissouma would probably be Nagelsmann's 6 no? Although he considers it his "quarterback" role and so this would suggest someone with a good passing range as well as technical quality. But we have to take into account his training. He would make both even better.

Regardless I'm excited for Bissouma to be unleashed from Conte's restrictive system. He will benefit I'm sure

No...

My point is that if the rumours are true about us wanting to talk to Tuchel before Bayern swooped in , it shows the owners haven't learnt their lesson

Tuchel would of been a wrong choice

I would say Bentancur for now simply because I think he his our best midfielder. He's probably the best defensively with a decent range of passing, although he can lack consistency with his passing and sometimes gets it all wrong.

also until Nagelsmann Is here I don't want to get my hopes up too much.

Pressing 3-1-4-2 sounds like an easy move from where this squad is now.

GK
Royal Romero new LCB
Bentancur
Porro Skipp Kulu Udogie
Kane Son

Often wondered if Emerson could play the RCB role. Really want Romero to play the CCB role.

Reports say he’s a great locker room presence. He must be one of the few.

Would be ok keeping him if the next manager believes RCB is an option.
