If we do end up getting Nagelsmann, I think it’s probably for the best that he has the rest of the season off to get his head right over him coming straight in. Whilst having a new manager come in now would be decent because it’d give them the chance to weigh up the squad and decide who is and isn’t shit, Nagelsmann’s head is probably all over the place. Lost the dressing room, broke up with his missus and fired from his job in the same week. Hopefully in a couple of months of lying on a beach, he’ll be keen to get stuck back into football.

I just hope he doesn’t watch us play whilst he’s there. That’ll likely put him right off.
First of all, if Nagelsmann was set to join Spurs he could simply be signed on a pre-contract. But it hasn't happened.
Yes, any club signing him now would have to pay Bayern a heft fee but, as mentioned above, Spurs could simply offer him a pre-contract.
But Spurs is not the only club interested in him, so it's not that simple. Clubs lik Real M., Chelksi and PSG may be looking for a new head-coach...

Conte was incredibly greedy, demanding a massive salary and a massive entourage.

It's a pity we didn't put a "must play football which occasionally excites the crowd" clause into his mega-contract.

We shall see if Nagelsmann is similarly greedy, or genuinely wants to coach the club with the most attracive project, because he'll still be handsomely paid wherever he goes.

Real Madrid & PSG are about win now with elite players and massive egos. JN had that at Bayern. Does he want that experience again, or something different for his next job?

The attraction of Spurs would be to take a club to the next level, to create his own legacy. And to have a bit more time to develop young players into his way of playing.

I suspect whoever accepts the Spurs gig will be watching our players very closely for the rest of the season. Will they start showing real passion & flair now that Conte & his brooding negativity is gone?

Will Stellini & Mason allow us to keep on playing & pressing when we take the lead? Or insist the players drop back into a passive 5-4-1 which we know does not stop the opposition scoring against us?

A good start for the new coaches would be getting Son playing 10 yards higher up the pitch rather than as an auxiliary LWB, and working out how to get our four attacking talents - Kane, Richarlison, Son & Deki - on thepitch at the same time.

I hope the senior players, starting with Kane, are speaking with Stellini & Mason, asking for a change of approach away from the stifling shite of ConteBall.
I don’t think stellini will change much in tactics and formation. His cut from the sane cloth. His ganes in charge he still refused to make subs. Hope I’m wrong.

wether it’s Poch or Nag or someone else, we have a squad well suited to attacking football already, a few additions mainly in defence and we’d be a good side again pretty swiftly

Signing

Porro Signing Romero Udogie

Bentancur Bissouma

Richarlison Kulu Son/signing

Kane

Question marks over udogie as he hasn’t kicked a ball over here yet but he looks the real deal so far

That team gets fourth at a canter in my opinion, few decent signings and it pushes for trophies
Think as 10 kulu could be improved upon with say a Maddison. Put him behind Kane unlike boregate who played left attacking forward. Also benta is out for a long time so get someone in the wanyma mould along side Biss.

My best guess is that Oliver Kahn dislikes him intensely and they simply have a hard on for Tuchel.
"hard on", you say?
