Deepest apologies sir

If that is the case abd we don’t get JN then I think levy and the rest need to go. Tbf I bet that is patrici behind not wanting poch.
Lessons have never been learnt, whoever the next victim is, expect the same pattern of lies and interference as others have had.I frankly don't think Poch is the right move even though I understand why people find it an attractive idea, and I don't think Naglesmann is fully within our control. It sounds like we'll be fighting a few other clubs for him.
Not getting either one of them isn't really the best reason for them to go, it's the complete lack of any type of coherent strategy of what we want to be as a football club besides the basis for an entertainment district.
They could bring back Poch, Naglesmann, or just about anybody and it will be worthless unless the club actually comes up with an identity and a strategy, and have the guts to put the time, attention, and resources behind it.
You don't change football philosophy midway through a season with 10 games left. I mean, how would you even do that?I think anyone other than poch or JN would be slightly underwhelming. Not saying other coaches don’t have the similar qualities but the lift a poch or JN would give us so much more. That’s why I don’t understand going all out to get them in before the end of season.
If anyone has seen Don P”s post will realise why. Basically his saying everything will remain the sane under stellini and mason that’s why they got it. There won’t be any great dramatic change in the football philosophy. If they play the same way we have done for most of the season then I predict riots. Just image if poch started this. Surely even the anti pochers would have welcomed that than 2 people who are closely linked to the stench of football associated with the Dino! O
Exactly. We can't change much with only ten games left. But honestly, we do not need much changed. We are 4th and have played like shit. You don't change football philosophy midway through a season with 10 games left. I mean, how would you even do that?
But the same basic structure without the Conte rigidity might just work. Basically go back to the end of last season, before Conte went all Conte on the squad.
Generally agree. The club should set up a structure to the point that the manager is an afterthought. Bring in the brightest and most innovative football minds, preferably ones that aren't tainted with the traditional way of running football operations, and let them loose. Be on the cutting edge of systems, tactics, fitness, analytics, player scouting and development. Establish a footballing style runs through the entire organization, from the U9s to the first team. And then unleash your analytics and scouting to find the players that suit it. You will still need a good manager that is aligned with your style, but he should be implementing and tweaking. You shouldn't have to depend on him to define the playing style. And he should be a top motivator and team builder.I frankly don't think Poch is the right move even though I understand why people find it an attractive idea, and I don't think Naglesmann is fully within our control. Not saying we would obvs need to change the whole structure. However a poch or JN walking into the dressing room , taking training etc would I’m sure give the players a huge lift and the fans. Added to that a change in mindset, approach and freshness may have got us over line for top 4.You don't change football philosophy midway through a season with 10 games left. These two have to oversea fixtures v dippers, bar codes , manure, Brighton , Everton away. Not sure if the sane tactics we’ve seen all season will get the necessary results. Hope I’m wrong and the players may be feel a bit liberated in their play and attitude. Not saying we would obvs need to change the whole structure. So did you really want Conte to stay? Was he wrongly sacked? This is a good read. Always nice when another media outlet picks up on the real problem at Spurs
After Antonio Conte's departure, Daniel Levy's role deserves greater scrutiny
This article refers to Levy as having ‘lofty ambitions’.This is a good read. Always nice when another media outlet picks up on the real problem at Spurs

Poch is willing to join us in my opinion. It's us who don't want to appoint him (for some reason).
Must be cheap.....Arne Slot getting a lot of mentions now. No idea about him. Cant see that going down well with the masses.
