Given Nuno and Paratici, it could quite easily be one of our criteria, along with "Anyone who says yes" and "Fuck due diligence".

Although Liverpool had 50% more revenue than us at the time, I don't think the issue with Mane was the transfer fee. If I remember correctly, the issue the salary. We had a very strict salary structure and offering to Mane what Liverpool offered would have broken it. And breaking it would have had a cascading effect. You offer one player 130K/wk, then all of sudden you need to increase the salaries of your other star players and the wages start exceeding where you need them to be. This is particularly important when you are building a new stadium and need to be very careful with your finances.Poch picked Kane BUT
1. That was a shocking whistle from a ref in a game of that magnitude. Even neutrals called it scandalous.
2. Mane could have been playing for us by all accounts instead of winning that penalty for them.he wasn’t because we wouldn’t budge on the salary range we allow.
If you want the toughest mentally, the biggest and baddest like Van Dijk and Mane, you need to have the balls to pay top range prices and salaries.
And that has nothing to do with net spend or revenue blah blah blah. Liverpool had net spend in a range we could afford during the years they won. Their owners have a heavyweight mentality, ours are lightweights and unwilling to go big for players they want.
New to the forum and first post, so hi all.. for anyone that follows Poch and his staffs social media accounts you will have seen that they’re together at the moment, along with Ramon Planes (who Spurs have been linked with as a potential future DoF). Think it’s quite clear they’re preparing for future role, and Jesus Perez posted this morning
If you zoom in this is actually Premier League performance data for this year. This is completely my opinion, but I reckon they’re preparing to return to Spurs, probably in pre-season but possibly before then if needed. All of his staff have been very active on social media, which is slightly unusual, almost as if to send a sign.. The club is very quiet at the moment about potential managerial incomings and has distanced themselves from links to the likes of Nagelsmann. I reckon they’re waiting to hear the final outcome of Paritici’s appeal on the 19th to trigger how they will part ways, to then get Planes, Pochettino and his staff in formally.

Poch is going to Real Madrid if we don't get him, which looks very likely. Perez is a big fan of him.Silence says talks are ongoing.
I prefer Rodgers but Pochettino might work although returning presumes knowledge gained.
What we know with both Pochettino and Rangers is that neither is getting a bigger club in my opinion.
He better be. He has been working for him for more than 10 years.Poch is going to Real Madrid if we don't get him, which looks very likely. Perez is a big fan of him.

He has a group of players suited to his style. As long as they buy into his idea, I can see him being a success at Real Madrid. Vinicius, Rodrygo, Tchouameni, Camavinga, Militao and even to a lesser extent Alaba are tailor-made players for his system. And as I said, Florentino Perez likes him a lot. According to Spanish media he is the overwhelming favourite to take that job.

HahahahahReckon Levy is keeping this one close to his chest but also think he's been in conversations with Poch since Conte decided not to sign during the WC.

Not so much now according to the sports press in Madrid.Poch is going to Real Madrid if we don't get him, which looks very likely. Perez is a big fan of him.
Yeah the idea of dumping him doesn't make a ton of sense to me given that all of their options would be weird fits.If I were a betting man I'd say they'll stick with Ancelotti who hugely popular here
