Whoever comes in, they need to focus on getting us over this mental block that exists around the club where we collapse and are unwilling to compete.

We definitely have a problem collectively were the team falls off a cliff and aren't able to scratch and claw for wins like other teams.

No one is going to hand you a title. You have to take it with your own hands. And don't give a fuck about how other teams and fans perceive you.

Gone off de zerbi , thought his attitude stunk.
If he can't handle a few words from stellini before he melts then he isn't the one to handle the pressure of Tottenham.

Also not potters fault that chelsea are so fucked

Imagine joining a club and immediately being given 15 new players that you didn’t ask for, that don’t speak English, on 8 year contracts so they hold all the power, they weren’t his signings

He was never going to work there, I think he’d work for us

We’ve tried these big name managers and it’s been laughable, horrendous football and make the club look a laughing stock

If given time and resources Potter would do really well for us IMO
I thought at the time we had each others' managers - Potter should have come to us and Conte should have gone back to Chelsea.

I don't see Potter as our next manager but I think he would suit us - can work with a budget, likes blooding younger players and plays football on the front foot. We would all like some of that. I wouldn't be unhappy with him. Chelsea at the moment are a basket case.

I would be a little nervous about Poch coming back though I wouldn't be unhappy to see it either.

Potter is still a very bright coach. Chelsea has had the same problems before and after him. They will probably turn it around as a club eventually but they are clearly showing how to not spend money.

I’ve always felt like he fitted us perfectly. Just need to commit to something and stop being so schizophrenic.

Potter definitely a good coach,

Problem with him is that it looks like he needs intelligent players and it takes time to get his system in.

Spurs is no longer a club that gives time

Going to be a real problem getting someone and then giving him the time that would be needed . We will need a few windows and a huge improvement in our recruitment to get our house in order .Unfortunately if local rivals are going well the fans will get impatient and the manager merry-go-round will start again .Its seems very unlikely our owners are going to sell hope I'm wrong about that .

This may be true to a certain extent, but I'd also suggest that the manner of Woolwich's improvement should actually help the new guy get patience from the fanbase (or at least the club hierarchy). Arteta could easily have been sacked a couple of times but they stuck with him.
