The last Spurs manager to survive a full season in which they finished any lower than 5th was Glenn Hoddle in 2002-03. He lasted 6 games the next season.

It has been five full years without a manager starting and finishing the season.

Of course it’s (partly) about the fans.
You can’t argue for the fans to be vocal about change on one hand and then say that they have no influence on the other.

There’s a more detailed post but we have a long history of booing our own — going back to John Pratt and John Lacey.
As for booing Levy, if anyone thinks it’s going to make him more likely to fire himself then I still have that bridge to sell ya.

Actually, all I ever said was his success to date can't be used as an indication as to how well he's going to do in the PL.

I even went as far as to say he might be a success. He might not be either.
But nothing he's done to date is an indication he's at an elite level and can sort us out against City, United, Liverpool, Woolwich, Chelsea, Newcastle and now even Brighton and Villa.

But you do you. You read the bits you want to read and make your own version of what I said.

Its possible. This is not the level we should be plucking our managers from. At least someone who has managed in a decent league. Even Nuno just left and won the Saudi league in his first attempt. We might as well be looking at Richie Wellens...Richie Wellens who? Twice winner of League two with Swindon and Leyton Orient and 43 years old , not almost 60.

You know absolutely nothing about the bloke, his career or the type of Football he has his team's playing.
