In my eyes we now have the perfect storm
A chairman control freak who hasn't a clue about football and a stubborn clown who is so far out of his depth he is drowning
This could be an interesting second half to the season

I don't care if you disagree.this club is ruined so you totally deserve it

Disagree that the fans deserve it, I think they've put up with a fair bit of shite (and at extortionate ticket prices).

Surely Donna must be in Daniel’s ear - she was bemoaning us being shit under Conte. This is worse.

I've had some time to reflect and here's what I took from the game

1. The players look like they are following Ange's instructions but not with any real conviction. It's like they are operating at 90% rather than 110%. This is a polite way of saying the players can probably see the writing on the wall.

2. Possession without end product is about as much use as a one legged man doing the ochey cokey.

3. Plan A wasn't working and this game was crying out for something different from us.

4. Team selection remains a mystery. If you ask ten fans on here for a starting XI you'd get ten very different answers.

One thing that peeves me a bit on here sometimes, people having a dig at Spurs fans who shell out thousands on this club every season, as if it's the fans' fault. But then again given the animosity on here no surprise I guess 😂
That's it, dislike of certain posters.

Fans have different views on the club - which is fine - but what is certain is fans are not the cause of the club's travails. Getting fans onside is pretty easy, you string a couple of wins together.

I thought their game management after 1-0, especially in the second half, was beautiful.

They sat back, put bodies behind the ball, stayed compact, and barely allowed anything even resembling a chance. In fact they were the ones looking more likely to score. Turns out there's no reward for continuing to go gung ho for 90 minutes. Other than claiming a moral victory that is.

Obviously our manager is too cool to resort to all these stuff when we have a lead, but it's good to see common sense still prevailing among other managers.
Proper game management is a beautiful thing , shame we haven't got it
