Cheer up dude, I know the result didn’t go your way but there’s always next time

Is it £3m for the win too
Also, Emerson demonstrated tonight why I find Sess more annoying.
Don't get me wrong, Emerson has delivered some of the most pristinely appalling performances I have witnessed by a biped. But the fella has got a lot of courage and an absurd level of misplaced confidence. It helps.
Anyway, COYS.
As always. That guy doesn't deserve Europa League.
Pseud
If anyone thinks that first half was acceptable, they are a fucking idiot, end of chat. Not sure how you're "not a fan" for rightly calling out a shocker of a first half performance.
Much better second half but we were lucky to only go into half time 1 down.
Huge to have won the group and hopefully we see a big performance against Liverpool at the weekend. Some very tired legs out there by the end.
Sessegnon always looks nervous in defence and offers virtually nothing going forward. I’ve been saying all season that the stick royal has been getting is deflecting from sessegnons performancesAlso, Emerson demonstrated tonight why I find Sess more annoying.

Trouble is, at 60minutes tonight, we had run 8-9km more than Marseille, without the ball means much more running, and IMO it’s showing in the teams vitality. We are definitely trying to conserve energy in the first halves. Which can make for some uncomfortable viewing.
Hopefully that changes after the world cup and things can look more like last spring with more even performances.
Absolute nonsense. Better than I thought. Conte is frustrating, it's a horrible style.to watch and plays into opponents' hands....if that's your bag then good on ya.Cheer up dude, I know the result didn’t go your way but there’s always next time
To be fair, I meant the 'gone for it' as a more generalisation, but the point im trying to make it we are staying in games now. We need some more quality in certain positions to implement Conte's tactics but I would say we are a massive work in progress still. When we have “gone for it” we haven’t gone 2/3 goals down though. That’s only happened when we have played in this style (Woolwich, United, Newcastle, BMuff). In fact the only goal I can think of that we recently conceded when playing on the front foot was Frankfurts 2nd goal.
I think these tactics are wearing the players down - look how fucked we were at the end today. Mind you they seem to wear the oppo down too

WE WON!! Save it for another day. Smile, Cheer. Have another beer. Worry about it tomorrow. Whats the point of being a football fan if you can't enjoy winning and getting to the last 16 of the biggest club competition in the world. If anyone thinks that first half was acceptable, they are a fucking idiot, end of chat.
We didn't put a single tackle in, let alone create anything.
Nothing wrong with criticising that and also nothing wrong with praising the character and the comeback in the 2nd half.
Jenas was bang on though, if we put a non-performance in like that in the later rounds of this competition we will be out of sight with no way back.
