A lot of people disagreeing with me about Johnson tell me what he’s offering while on the pitch ? Il wait .
His been shite and has fight or desire in him
I think whether it's a tactical flaw or otherwise what the last 2 games have shown me is there is a real lack of fluid attacking play. I've watched Bournemouth and Brighton give options to the player on the ball, make intelligent little runs, create gaping spaces in our defense and I don't see any of that in our forward play. It's just all a bit too gung ho then when the opposition is in position we have fuck all flair to make something happen.
indeed bmouth look a far better passing team control g the ball than we do.

It’s not regressing them, their skill sets just aren’t in alignment with what those roles need in the system. Both are far better suited to a low block and counter system.
Yup. Ange's style requires a midfield that is constantly moving and willing to receive the ball on the move.

Lo Celso, Skipp and Hojbjerg all prefer to be stationary when getting the ball. Which lends itself to a slower style of football. Lo Celso and Bentancur can however work in Ange's style if they have more mobile midfielders next to them.

Are you prepared for the 98th minute Woolwich winner???
