Good Sir. We entered into a bet during December to the tune of £25. You said that Woolwich would fold. I thought otherwise.

I am currently so wonderfully happy that I will gladly double the amount and pay £50 to the charity of your choice.
It’s not over til the fat lady sings…but they’ve bottled it I reckon.
You Sir, are a gentleman.
My charity of choice is Steps.
They help families with children who have hip dysplasia.
It’s a charity close to my heart as my son’s stepdaughter has had 3 operations in her 6 years. And she’s the bravest little thing. The operations are pretty gruesome and my lad & his best mate raised £572 walking the 3 peaks in Yorkshire in 11 hours.
If you could make it up to £600, it would round it up nicely and close that chapter.
If by chance City conspire to fuck it up, I will happily match that to a charity of your choice.
God bless you Sir.

No .. they haven't fallen off in the hard fixtures you predicted them to fall off in.

They'll beat City. Don't worry I won't forget to tag you in then.

Since you wrote this, Mancity beat Woolwich 3-1 and 4-1..

I’m still waiting for you to “tag” me 😂😂😂😂😂

That first touch, hold and lay off for De Bruyne's first goal by Haaland was outstanding.

I'm really struggling to think in my 50 years of watching football a striker like Haaland. He's like a monster created in a lab. Big, strong, Quick, works hard, joins the press, bullies defenders, really intelligent, technically superb finisher (by that I mean he has that uber composure in the heat off the moment that the very best finishers have, the ability to apply technique at the moment when other players get flustered the most). And he's even improving other aspects under Guardiola.

City did that in second gear.

Haaland decided to have a "because I'm werf it" moment in the final minutes and punked them with his hair down. haha

Off the charts trolling.

More than a straight victory, that was a ruthless demoralisation of a main threat.

Absolutely battered them back to reality.

No title for you, you gooner cunts. :harrylol:

Wow did he really actually say that, what an absolute arrogant twat, actually bad enough cheering for an arch rival but to act like a pompous cunt in the process and now he's disappeared from the Woolwich thread where he's been twerking for them all season - I'm sure he's still on the site though which makes him even more shameless

I'm actually in disbelief 😆

Nicely put Sir, spot on. 👌

There’s elements of Drogba about him; how he accelerates away from players and almost ‘bounces’ along.

But his game is on a whole different level.

I can't help but like Haaland.

I'll like him better when he fucks off to Madrid, but I do quite like him.

I think Haaland is a freak of nature I also think he has room to improve which is crazy. Pep reportedly wanted Kane not Haaland as he felt his skillset fit him more and I can see why. Haaland often has games where he barely touches the ball and Pep likes his strikers to be involved in build up play like he was last night.

Haaland is an out and out number 9 but over time I can see Pep moulding him into 9/10 like Kane or Benzema and that is the route Haaland needs to take. If Haaland can combine his pace, power and finishing with consistent build up and support play then he will be the Worlds best striker and maybe best player.

Right now for me Kane is a better all round footballer but Haaland is unique and once he improves his weaker elements he could be unplayable in every way.
