I don't know, as long as there's signs of improvement then why not?He took ages to get Palace playing the way he wanted - our fans wouldn't have been as patient.
I mean, I agree with everything other than that Newcastle nonsense. They can get fucked. It’ll be great if by the end of next week, we’ve won and us, Palace and Newcastle have all won trophies this season. So much better than everything just being shared between Pool and City.
Only if we win the champions league.

I'm not a Palace fan though... I'm not after an argument just generally curious as to whether you would accept that style of football week in week out. Do you see Palace winning another pot in the next few seasons. I'm thrilled for them but my god they are dull to watch.
The extra games will be tough for them to cope with. If they sell a couple of key players in the Summer then they will suffer in the league and in Europe, maybe they can't afford to sell Eze, Guehi and others now.
Eventually the floodgates will open for them and you'll be just as bored at seeing them winning stuff too.Newcastles ownership are terrible, but I’d still rather see different clubs winning, not Woolwich obviously, always and forever fuck Woolwich.
And do they care that they beat Stockport, Doncaster, Millwall, Fulham, Villa and a poor City to do it? Nope.
Some of our lot? The Europa will be tainted because we didn’t beat anyone good to win it. If we do of course.
This is potentially very true tbfEventually the floodgates will open for them and you'll be just as bored at seeing them winning stuff too.
Fuck Newcastle.
We SHOULD be envious...but I watched us lift that Trophy & I live very close to Crystal Palace with friends at the moment so I'm happy for them!I'm as envious as I am happy about Palace winning that. Yet another team wins something before we do...
I take solace though of seeing the FA Cup giving a team and its fans an incredible day to remember forever - just like it used to be. Imagine City winning that and then celebrating like it's a mere 'better than nothing cup'. The FA should be ashamed of how they have allowed this competition to be bullied.
Maybe I'm just a sucker for the FA Cup. I just find it incredible that this is the only competition we haven't been in the final two for since 1991. It's our bloody turn!
They play in a way that I was hoping we would this season, solid defensively, but with an attacking mindset whereby they look to get the ball forward as quickly as possible when they win it back.
At no point this season have I ever watched them and thought they were an attritional team to watch. If anything, I find them a far more "exciting" team to watch than City, who dominated possession.
Trophy-ade
Today has proven my point - NO ONE WILL CARE WHERE CRYSTAL PALACE ARE IN THE PREM this season...
THEY WON A DAMN TROPHY...
That's all that matters...
