I imagine in the final and many league games, Pep just felt that there wasn't that kind of specific threat he needed Walker for. I think he's irreplaceable for matches where the oppo have an Mbappe or Vinicius because no other defend has his 1v1 ability, but his ability going forward and playing out mean he's very replaceable for other games.
He's a brilliant player to have for knock-out competitions though.

I don't have a problem with players going to Saudi Arabia, but when you make yourself out to be an LGBT ally then I do believe that you should be willing to make sacrifices for that cause, like not taking money from an extremely anti-LGBT nation. Especially when you're already incredibly wealthy.
