How is this allowed Football Chap Football Chap ?

The Argentine started this season with the Saints, coming off the bench in the opening day defeat at Newcastle, but joined Flamengo, external later in August for a club-record £16m fee.

Believe so because the Brazilian league uses a different calendar.

"During this period, the player is only eligible to play official matches for two clubs. As an exception to this rule, a player moving between two clubs belonging to associations with overlapping seasons (i.e. start of the season in summer/autumn as opposed to winter/spring) may be eligible to play in official matches for a third club during the relevant season"

I think that Brazil not belonging to UEFA also plays a part. But I'm not 100% sure on that part. Because there are European leagues that play overlapping seasons as well but those players have the same restrictions as the rest of the UEFA leagues.

Ben Jacobs claimed the exact nature of the deal is Villa will actually cover 75 percent of the salary and that figure can rise to a mind-boggling 90 percent pending performance-related objectives.

“Move to Villa finalised today. £40m option to buy.”

...................If Rashford magically turns it on now for the next 6 months he's gonna look like such a cunt.

This whole situation is weird. Doesn’t want to be on Bayern’s bench, not sure about moving either, maybe Hujlund scares him. He is clearly a talent otherwise Bayern would not have bought him and other clubs wouldn’t want him. You can have all the talent int he world like Ndombele but if the mental applications isn’t right you would grow into the great player.

It’s hard for me to judge as while I do watch a bit of German footy and I have seen Tel 2-3 times it’s nowhere near enough to assess although he did look poor on each occasion.

Most impressive young striker I have seen this season is Delap by far, aggressive, technically excellent, can play in every area of the pitch. Much rather go for someone like him who has elite character than a player who theoretically could be amazing but might end up nowhere.
