Was there any talk of ings to villa? First I'd seen of it.
Where are all these ITK charlatans when something actually happens?

Fucking bullshitters are always quiet when a deal like this is done despite spending weeks gossiping about Ings and Spurs. Funny how none of their sources told them he was gone to Villa.

Wankers the lot of them.

Odd one he was very happy at inter and did not want to leave. They really need the cash.

Yeah. And they won the Serie A title last season of course so he probably thinks he's achieved what he set out to there.

I was never a fan of his to be honest and at times his touch is like a pass. But you can't argue with his record or his effectiveness if given the right service. For Chelsea I think he'll score goals fun.

Grealish for 100 million isxwuote astonishing.

Kane's valuation just shot up to 160 million plus right there and that is probably minimum.

If Pep takes him up a level he'll be worth that. He's one of the most creative players in Europe, his actual stats show that, and you'd think that they'll only get better at City if he stays considering they obviously score many more goals than Aston Villa every season. He's also 25 so is at a great age in that he won't even peak for another few years.

Considering Aston Villa don't need to sell him whatsoever, and clearly he wouldn't be upset to stay, City are paying probably 30 or 40 million more than what he should be worth. But he has the potential to be world-class. If he signed for Spurs this place would be going mental, regardless of the price.

Though there's numpties here that probably insist Ndombele is better than him.

With Bailey deffo not spending 100 quick, nope no suree
Yeah, Grealish seems gone but at least Villa are 'spending quick' with some semblance of design. It's actually quite impressive. Will be interested to see how the do this season.

I wouldn't be.

Good player but 100 million good I have my doubts.

Will have to go up a couple of levels to be a success.

We will soon see..

The problem for Pep is where to play him - Pep Bingo will reach a whole new level.

Grealish preferred position: left side of a front 3 or 2-1, but hang on Stirling's preferred position: left side of a front 3 or 2-1, and wait a minute Phil Foden preferred position: left side of a front 3 or 2-1

Talk about abundance of riches - guess money really is no object.

It's gonna be funny when Grealish spends most of the season on the bench for City.

Another instance where Levy's penny-pinching has cost the club. He could have made 60 million if he bought Grealish a couple seasons ago.

Sterling was squeezed out gradually last season, Grealish will slot in there
