If I had 10 billion. I'd buy the club and straight away get poch back to settle it all down for a couple of years. Then give him a billion to spend on players. I'd have 5 billion left for myself. Would bring in van der vaart, alderweireld, vertonghen as coaching and academy set up. I'd have hoddle and redknapp as part of the board as advisories.
