I didn't suggest Son was dropped at allSuggesting an in form Son is dropped for a completely untested Argentinian youngster who doesn’t speak the language and hasn’t looked like scoring (especially for a difficult trip to Palace) is bellend behaviour. Bellend
Yep but it definitely bounces, especially in the evenings.Baffles me still why they have the audacity to call themselves crystal 'palace' based on their eyesore of a ground. Worst ground in top two or maybe three tiers in england. A shithole!
I hear ya but it's not like we are their bogey team. There is absolutely nothing to fear from Chelsea.
Vicario is as solid as any other keeper in the league. He has been phenomenal.
Our back 4 is looking quality. Romero and van de Ven IS the best centre back pairing in the league. It's not just their individual ability, which is right up there, but it's the fact that Romero can get up close his man, put extra pressure on him whilst knowing that van de Ven has the pace to mop up if needed.
Udogie in current form is the best LB in the league, it isn't even close and Porro has come on leaps and bounds, whilst he isn't 100% yet, his turnaround has been very impressive.
Bissouma, Maddison, Sarr (with Bentancur to come in) is as good as any midfield 3 in the league right now.
Son is Son. He's just pure class. Moving him central plays to his strengths and he looks nearly back to his best. There are question marks over Kulusevski and Richarlison in their current form, but they're both good players who will always get chances in this system.
Do we really give a fuck about Chelsea in our back yard? Not a fucking chance. We're going to smash the cunts.
Jesus ChristI didn't suggest Son was dropped at all
Rich out - Son across to the left
Veliz in the middle and Brennan for Kulu
I would like to see the lad start, and then put son back if it doesn't work out - and if there are no better options, Richie out wide.
Maybe you should have asked for clarity, if you don't have the breadth of though to work it out for yourself.
I had also already said - its unlikely to happen, because in the league Ange always seems to play what he believes is his strongest team.
AgreeI thought the spell from 20 min to 40 min was the best we’ve played all season - 2nd half definitely the worst though
Nono...Tottenham Hotspur football club: record v Crystal Palace
Tottenham Hotspur football club record against Crystal Palace, including all match details.www.11v11.com
We have an excellent record v Eagles.
Only lost once in our last 18 encounters and won 15.
2021-22 lost 3-0.
Anyone remember that game?
Tbh dont think we should get ahead of ourselves. Poch is starting to get into his stride and for me one of the great managers. Chelsea is always a tough match and think when we play them it will be a classic. Hopefully another 3 points though for our charge to stay top. There is absolutely nothing to fear from Chelsea.

dont think chelsea will be a walk in the park, but is poch getting into his stride? thought Woolwich and chelsea were both shit the other day. not been convinced by chelsea anytime theyve been on. looks a mess there, players just chucked together, no camaraderie. some of the players just dont look good enough either.Tbh dont think we should get ahead of ourselves. Don’t necessarily agree. First half we were decent enough. Second we were extremely shoddy in possession at times but it was all over the pitch, guys like Vic and Cuti were as guilty as anyone as playing slack passes. Why? It was our worst performance of the season last night, obvious why
No I meant how would playing him further forward stop him getting a yellow cardMaddison and Biss as the 8s and PEH stays at the 6.
Ange tried it in preseason so i'm sure he's at least considering it.
Pretty sure we had a fucking negative xG that game...Nuno had some stinkers, but that game was just brutal circumstances.....
Royal first game. Dier injury 12mins leading to:
Royal / Japh / Rodon / Reg
Then Japh red card at 58mins.
It was still 0-0 at that point. Even then it took a pen at 76 mins to break the deadlock.
Pretty sure we had a fucking negative xG that game...
I'm not really one for reading too much into xG but good grief that game was disgusting to watch, regardless of circumstances...
No, by fucking up the chances when presented.Oh come on - that's the most dreadful excuse for an underperforming attacking player - ever!
He runs into blind alleys, he's not very quick, his crosses are Meh! - at best, and he's not much of a goal threat.
Are the other players letting him down by being somewhere else, other than where he crosses it, or standing too close to defenders when he gives it to them?
