He’s just a Spanish Trent but not as good at the stuff they’re both good at. Good passing range and crossing but not as good as Trent. They both can’t defend 1v1 and have questionable positional sense.

Porro is more tenacious/scrappy but that’s about it, they’re defenders in name only, everything could they do is with a ball at their feet. And while Porro is pretty good at that, he can’t pick people out perfectly cross field like Trent.

I hate pregnant friends if a friend of mine gets pregnant I ain't seeing em for 9 months & 3 months after the birth here's my reasons for it -

Female

  • They're fukkin crazy when pregnant - say 1 'bad' thing & it's tears & screaming
  • They can't drink
  • They whinge about their weight and their future weight
  • I don't care about what colour the babies room will look like I'm colourblind anyways pink and blue in certain hues look the same to me talk to your baby daddy about that crap
  • I don't care how good a parent your bf will be cos usually I see him dribbling into a pint not realising what day it is
  • No I'm not seeing you till it's over...
Male

  • I don't care how scared you are if you didn't want one you should've pulled out
  • Male or female to me the baby ain't gonna do much apart from scream, cry & defecate for years so don't bring it to the pub
  • Oh the mum's acting crazy? Well deal with it instead of winging to me about it
  • Bro you're calling me @ 3am crying about being a Dad??? I'm not the fukkin Samaritans piss off

How many (hockey) assists has he already had this season, in a system that doesn't really play to the strengths of fullbacks I might add?

All that discussion about whether he's a fullback or a wingback aside, which is more to do with semantics anyway, this level of offensive production is not easy to come by from a non-attacker.

Well he’s a modern FB. The way the game has evolved FB’s are now expected to do a lot more then just defend. The Gary Neville, Lee Dixon style RB would probably get slated now for being very average going forward.

Porro is one of the better footballers in the squad. He’ll never be a great defender though. I think you just accept him for what he is. In the same way that Trent is an appalling defender but nobody cares when he pings those passes 50 yards.
