Southampton fans questioned this as well, leaves huge gaps.My only worry today was his tendency to dive into challenges he had no chance of winning and being totally bypassed.

Weren't we linked to Sangare just earlier this week?Really wonder why we are dragging our feet in search of a holding midfielder, our need in that department is desperate and instead of scouring for a holding midfielder we’re picking up the likes of Hojbjerg.
Hojbjerg may be a good player but our team is crying out for a holding midfielder more than anything else.
If that’s the case, then I have no idea what I am talking about,
It's not bad, I just find it to be a bummer.
So many people have given everything to football and failed to reach the elite level because they lacked the gifts that Oscar seems disinterested in maximizing for the brief spell of years when he'll have access to them.
I'd just like to ask him what the difference between 30 million in career earnings and 100 million means to him. Maybe he'd have a better answer than I expect, who knows.
(Apparently his contract is up December 31. Cheeky Mourinho reunion on a free?)
He's another PEH tho no? ......Whatbus-conductor calls a "hybrid".
Dem guys is just bitta, ya feel me, fam?
Is it really, though? Freeing up his non-HG spot, shifting his £100k-a-week wages and getting any sort of fee at all for him (let's say even £10m) doesn't tempt you? Our blocked toilet is causing us so much pain. We must do everything we can to unblock it.
It got to the stage with AVB that i had forgotten what his name was and only knew the initials...Hope PEH doesn't become a thing.(ok i know the surname isn't the easiest)
Same as GLC has become.
BAE was another one.
Annoying.
I mean, if you're talking to someone in person about spurs players you'd likely not say their initials when mentioning them.
Think the only acception at Spurs was AVB, which most people used to say everywhere, even i did after a while.
That, and also its the first game of pre-season 5 days after about half of the team reported to the facility and without half the first team even available for selection.Everyone relax about PEH being more advanced than Winks.
Look at Thiago and Goretzka tonight, just because Thiago is often deeper and picking the ball off the defence doesn’t mean that Goretzka isn’t doing more of the defensive work.
Calm down TA.Hope PEH doesn't become a thing.(ok i know the surname isn't the easiest)

Sangare in for Sissoko would collectively upgrade our midfield to the point where it's even hard to put into words. If we can get Sangare and off load Sissoko then that would be good business.
Worth keeping Sissoko this season for depth. But look to sell next summer.
I would be very very happy with those midfield options.Sangare in for Sissoko would collectively upgrade our midfield to the point where it's even hard to put into words.
And if we are selling any of our midfielders this summer, Sissoko would be the first in line. Hojbjerg, Sangare, Lo Celso, Ndombele and Winks is pretty good depth, rotation and variety for 2-3 spots on the pitch.
