I think we defended well but on the ball this was like a throwback to the late Conte era. Moving the ball incredibly slowly and never playing dangerous passes even when they were blindingly obvious. Udogie, Porro and Bentancur gave our forwards nothing to work with and Romero took an eternity to get the ball moving. For their play with the ball our defenders deserve a 3 but their first job is to defend and they did do that well over 90 minutes.
