The police have arrested and interviewed him. They rearrested him on new charges, just very recently. That's all they can do at this point. The delay is with the Crown Prosecution Service to authorise charges against him, which so far, they haven't. The police have no say over this.
She shouldn't have said anything in the first place.
I'm assuming he is out on Bail then? I know these things can be sensitive as once you get accused, even if found innocent the stench would never go away, however if thats 3 women now that have all accused a PL footballer whose name isn't THOMAS PARTEY of rape, surely they club they play for, which isnt the Woolwich Wanders, should be sticking that person on gardening leave?

Yes he's on bail and keeps getting it extended. Whenever it's extended it's for a fixed time and at the end the authorities have to go before a judge and agree to extend it. The judge so far keeps doing this so the judge must see that there's a case to answer. and it's reasonable.I'm assuming he is out on Bail then? I don't know how these hearings work but I wonder if the CPS need to demonstrate a reason why they need more and more time before bringing charges. Usually this is to secure witnesses, etc, usually shouldn't be for this long. Perhaps the witness isn't mentally fit enough to act as a witness right now?

I don't see why Woods has to comment if the men are too scared to call it out. Or legally prevented from doing so in which case so she is she.
