I'm not going to go too much more in to this for fear of my own sanity being breached, but I'm always surprised during these discussions when white people talk with such clarity about black experience. From my knowledge there's been two people of colour speaking in this thread (there maybe more that I'm not aware of) and I'd say their experiences and testimonies hold a fair bit of weight.
Racism is conscious and unconscious. Racism is structural. Racism is real, and very much a daily struggle for many people living in the UK. I know some of us would like to feel otherwise, some of us are certain that we rarely encounter (or heaven forbid, are responsible for) racism in our daily lives and some might be honest enough to admit that they grow tired or even angry about discussions around racism and discrimination. But you have to ask yourself why that is, and why you feel that way.
Simply dismissing the growth of the far right as being made up trivialises a very real threat that makes the world a lot less safe for a lot of people.
